Usually I do the mistake you said keeping the hand and bat upright and I will lose my wicket easily to my 11 year old son. But today unfortunately I kept my elbow and bat in the position like dravid, even though I scored runs very slowly I didn't lose my wickets soon.l am a fan of Dravid and his batting style and position is like exactly what you have said in that position. You have clearly noted it and explained it very well. One small request, do you know any cricket academy near Thanjavur. I am from Kumbakonam located near Thanjavur. Here we have no cricket academy, my son is very interested in cricket and he was interested in joining cricket academy. If you were near to my place I am sure I will join my son in your academy.
