I’m surprised this isn’t more well known. Once you get south of Dundas St on Mississauga Rd down to and including Indian Rd, there are lots and lots of magnificent mansions on many of the side streets/neighbourhoods. When you go turn onto Doulton Dr from Mississauga Rd, the house immediately on your right was, at least at one point and maybe still, owned by the owner of the Kaneff Group of Companies. The first house on the right when you turn onto Doulton Pl is quite futuristic looking even though it was built I believe around 20 years ago give or take. Rumour has it (unverified) the big glass circle in the front of house, is where you could sometimes see the wife’s Ferrari parked inside the house. Supposedly there’s underground parking with a lift that brings the Ferrari into the house so the groceries can be unloaded straight from the car into the kitchen lol. Not sure if this is true but it’s a rumour that’s floated around the neighbourhood lol. Edit: this the house @ 7:36 lol.
This is actually my dream neighbourhood to live in. I visit this neighbourhood once a year and I like the vibe and super quiet. I hope to own 2215 Doulton drive in the near future!
I don’t think so. But if you are able to afford living on this street I don’t think these people are too worried about affording the membership fees, I wouldn’t doubt many of them are members :). Thanks for the comment

These are the big time homes in our Country. The top 1% of the 1% typically generational wealth or highly successful entrepreneurs here I think with the average home price in this neighbourhood just shy of $10M
