I live down the street on Mississauga rd. This house is so extra with the french chateau look and the front looks like an office building parking lot. I agree with above poster, more landscaping and a bigger back yard. I remember the old house that was here and this one feels too big for the space. The one at the other end of doulton on the corner does it right, it's huge but the grounds are amazing and it suits the area.
I just looked it up on Google Maps and I cannot believe the difference between this and the old house. It's way too big for the property. They could have made it half the size and it still would have been amazing.
Landscaping is soooooo important. It makes the home. Without a doubt.

It’s a nice house but I’m not sure if it’s worth $60 million. It lacks the land that it should set on and it’s not waterfront. The backyard Has no gardens landscaping nothing😢

I actually dont have a lot of criticism for the design. Black driveways are sometimes used in colder places because they absord more heat reducing snow buildup.
Really, the criticism is all on the lot size and landscaping. Who designs that interior and leaves the most basic fading cypress trees as the only landscaping

Poor taste in furniture. The kitchen counter and backsplash scary and extremely ugly .What's with the ugly black pattern on the marble floor. Not incredible. That swimming pool is quite atrocious. Whoever was the interior designer of this mansion , I would have fired. Money can't buy taste. The interior design looks dated of collected random pieces of furnishings and poorly chosen items. I would Remove all the furnishings in this house.
