Yes, 25 yrs of academic training and hard work since the age of 5 yrs old. Dimash has a huge repertoire of all genre types and fusions such as his very recent "When I've Got You". Try watching the MV on his TH-cam channel. He has many pop/opera/rock/r&b/blues/folk styles as he has years of classical and contemporary training, a Masters Degree in Composition and is receiving his PhD in Musicology shortly. So, you might actually try to listen to his more contemporary music if you do not like his neo-classical music. He has it all. He sings in 16 languages, sells out his solo concerts with up to 40,000 seats and has over 140 official fanclubs in over 100 countries around the world. Mega star in Asia, Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East and growing exponentially in Europe, North and South America. Other songs you might like in the narrow realm of contemporary music: Fly Away, Screaming, Okay, Be with Me, Give Me Your Love, Golden, Weekend, Zhalyn, Lay Down, Dudarai 2022, and many others.
I feel so bad when some one recommends SOS as a first experience to some one who's personal music choices are totally in some other genre. Dimash sings in mulitiple genres. Opera, Classical Cross-over, Jazz, R&B, Pop, Folk, and even Raps. So if you will tell us what you really like, we will recommend something more to your taste. Yes, this song is in French, and Dimash just sang it at a State Dinner in France for the presidents of France and Kazahstan (where Dimash is from). I am going to guess,that the more Operatic Music is not so much your thing. I will recommend something more modern. The following are all Music Videos, ( his voice is the same live or studio) no auto-tune. "Golden" (Cyber punk)......"Be With Me...(Pop..+Rap)... ("When I've Got You") R&B/with a dash of this and that thrown in, and a fun script. Most all of Dimash's MVs are more like mini movies, and tell a story. If you don't like a wide variety of music, why start a music reaction channel? Maybe you should start a channel on a subject matter that you have more interest in. Or, you can tell your followers what type of music you like and would be willing to react to. Just a suggestion.
First time catching this channel. It would’ve been nice if you listened to the song without pausing every few seconds. You were stating this was not your type of music after within the 1st 5-10 seconds of the song and then literally pausing every few seconds thereafter. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through the entire reaction because of this.
Dimash has 170 songs for you to try, from opera to rap but you seem to have written him off because you didn’t like the song. You kinda seemed to not really want to bother to do the reaction. Do you enjoy doing them? I don’t expect everyone to go into raptures but there wasn’t any enthusiasm or energy from you at all. I don’t mean to be disrespectful but I was disappointed.
