I liked The Flame Trench the most the week Das brought order to the show. I might be just old and grumpy but there is too much silliness for me to enjoy this.
Agreed with so much going on spending 60%+ of the time talking about not space related things an silliness this episode was not norminal. Love what you do to NSF thanks.
Yeah Dragon has plenty of fuel, I think around 400m/s, LEO missions and even docking maneuvers really don’t use that much fuel. Polaris Dawn used a lot more fuel for its orbit raising and lowering. Up and down I would guess you’d have at least half the fuel left for ISS missions, but SpaceX would have the actual numbers.
After the first dragon capsule blew up on the test stand, they replaced all of the super Draco valves with burst discs, which means they can only be used once. But apparently that doesn’t preclude them being used at the end of the mission?
The burst discs are in the part to arm/pressurize the superdraco system, there are other valves for throttling and shutdown. But yeah, there is nothing that prevents the superdracos from being activated for touchdown
@NASASpaceflight Dragon was originally supposed to propulsive land but NASA wouldn’t allow them to place landing legs within the ablative heat shield So Super Draco’s should be just fine great video guys!!
its interesting, that they're going to try to land on the first try, yet don't have a rocket garden like SpaceX, like there rockets are too fragile for the elements as opposed to Starship
Another fun flame trench thanks Jack, Adrian and EJ. Thanks back-channel NSF team too.
Hi,wonderful and nice Sweet Jack, E.J, Adrian and all NSF team. Thank very much. Great Flame Trench ❤❤❤
😀😆😂🤣🤣🤣 This show has turned into some kind of therapy for me thanks to all the laughing I do. I genuinely feel better at the end of each show.
Yes, Elysia, excellent ear rings!🚀🚀

Great trio great show
And the office starbase space crossover is best ever
the intro music and background images "shuffling", keep it going!!!

Your video's are great, thanks
When I was a young kid I cycled to Stansted Airport to watch the Shuttle land on the back of its special 747
Aw, just a baby flame trench this week.
I miss the NSF that would have been live at the NASA pre-flight press conference for crew9 today. We really took Chris G for granted all those years.
awesome!!!!

The hydrolox expander bleed engines on the Japanese H3, the LE-9, are 1,471 kN (331,000 lbf) apiece and on the FIRST stage - so they are really big...
White Rabbit = Jefferson Starship!! Have to be an ole crone to recognize that one!
Yup old
Ace; funny; pleased not 3 hrs as solar panel/museum to also catch up.

1:00:31 : two stars up. Four stars down 😂 love SpaceX
@NASASpaceFlight Could you see a day when Blue Origin replaces Boeing in terms of SpaceX and one other for any given NASA project?
we"re so fcked with ariane 6 omg
49:08 when the acid kicks in
18 meter flame trench for 18 meter diameter booster?
52:56 come on it can't be that bad
Great show guys…too many ads as a member…??

Please tell me where I can buy a shuttle plush. I need one. PLEASE
Tonight???what time???
Google has pad 36 labeled Space Launch Complex 36. So SLC 36! Well may you actually need to get to space first!😮
i love how cats and dogs get freaked out by vacuums, fireworks, f9 launches, jeff bezos, rockets, f*ck everything else thanspaceX
Why did they act mad at drag For having propulsion landing back up. It's like ej and Ryan did Weird. It's bad ass.
xD
Sure wish this were more professional. I am forced to volume off and read transcript
Hmmm then NSF isn’t for you
@@roesbud53 Yup wrong channel for you Try TLP or SFN. I love everything they do
Stop that. It's silly.
