Look how far the styling has fallen since, true craftsmanship and designers back then. True Innovators.
Couldn’t agree more
Very true facts,,,wonder how long it will be before someone chimes in about how these cars were death traps and lacked the crumple zones, safety features modern ones do?...meh, I survived growing up in these cars...I ain't afraid to drive them...
🤣 right? There’s always one of those guys in the comments!
I'M A PAST CUSTOMER OF HERB'S IN MIDDLETOWN,DE. FOR ALOT OF YEARS. GOOD LUCJK MIKE. NICE GUYS. WAYNE CENTREVILLE, MD. NOW MILLSBORO, DE.
Very cool!
I'm drooling all over the place. I'll be getting in touch I see a lot of stuff I need for my projects
Absolutely do! Mike and the team have tons of stuff.
The Fury convertibles reminded me of one that Steve Magnante found at Ames Performance. It was a '68 Fury 3 convertible with a factory 440 & 4 speed... Couldn't have been many of those built...
Man, that’s a rare one. Most of these weren’t that well optioned
This is were mopar’s go to die to me and turned into planter pots for trees 🌲
"hello... we like your videos,,, this one especially, as we are in Brazil and where these cars are very rare and valuable,,,! kkk, collectors of Mopars in Brazil are going to have a heart attack when they watch and see the current state of these once beautiful cars,,, kkk, even trees have grown in their compartments,,, sad!
It’s very hard to see how many of these cars have ended up
Nice Yard.
It’s impressive
That Fury wagon!!
Cool, right?
Rusted to death and bones picked clean. Not much left worth getting out of the yard. So did you get the ramcharger? Bumper core heaven😂
No, I wish! That one is Mike’s.
@moparconnection it got saved one way or the other and that's what matters. A local guy just got his hands on a 72 trail duster. Blue and white with a 440. I was drooling. He got it for 4 grand out of a shed. Lift kit and nice wheels. Sat for 25yrs. Lift off top and factory rollbar too. I offered him 5 and he laughed. Kinda expected that lol it was rust free and that's amazing for minnesota. It was low miles like 37k I think.
Gonna restore these oldies one day before rust sets in……hahaha
LOL!
That tree was nuts! That car walked by was a 1960
Right?
I wish you had gotten the VIN number on that road runner convertible - I would have loved to see how close to MY VIN it would be.....
You can always email or call Herb’s! They have them all on file.
Cars have FINS !! Tampons have wings !!
LOL no they don’t. Ask a woman why.
Maybe you can find a max wedge there, you never know 😊
That’s some seriously hopeful thinking
I want a 72 Cuda like I had but my dad sold while I was out of town.
That would be cool!
the ramcharger is the find
Yeah, I loved that one!
Didn't see the one thing i really need,a good trunk lid for a 73 Charger and a front valance
Give them a call!
Man you’re stock want with me the 300 was Chryslers charger r/t!
Yessir!
Score!!!
Yeah these guys have everything!
The passenger rear quarter window of my '69 Roadrunner convertible does not roll-up correctly/evenly. I guess it's the mechanism. Do you know anyone who can fix it? 🤔
Statham, GA
Hit up Herb’s Parts what your tracks need
@@moparconnection
Are they easy to repair/adjust?
@@dogdoc1 heck yeah
@@moparconnection
👍
What do you think about a 1968 300
It’s not my favorite body style for C-bodies, but it’s not what I think it’s what YOU think.
34:39...318?...that may very well be a 273, given the year/body style...maybe a Commando 273?...
Maybe!
You know you have to change the floor boards when a tree is growing through them.
LOL!
Did you notice the last 69 coronet was a 4 speed car ... 3 pedals
Nice!
Wow that's great, does he sell.restorable cars???
If you want one he’ll certainly sell you one.
@@moparconnectionnice I'm wanting a decent V8 duster body that's a decent price. Or something similar. Do you.have contact information???😊😊😊😊
We literally have it up on screen TWICE and in the video description
@@moparconnection guess I missed it, haven't seen all the video yet.
Y 106 was a country station
Yeah? Where at?
What do you mean they tried the hot rod ,it, that was the baddest car in bordertown, oh yeah 💯 that car was called the neckbreaker aftermarket gauges that wasn't for sure buddy car used to eat the tires off the back rims used to melt holes in the road. Go look under the front end, that bad boy used to put dents in the road from slamming down jump in the front wheels off the ground. You got a lot to learn about mopars buddy trying to Hot rod at one point.😮😢😮😢😮😢😮😢😮😢
Not sure what you’re referencing.
These cars would be sold if people didn't want thousands of dollars for them.i bought these cars for five hundred dollars all day long in the mid nineties
Personally I blame the big dollar auction events that have hiked up prices artificially; but then we’ve also got countless hoarders who let many of these cars rot in fields.
@moparconnection ..agree totally..I call it the Barrett Jackson syndrome
Not a thing to salvage. Just scrap metal.
Oh there’s plenty here to save.
so mopars are not that rare after all
How do you mean?
@@moparconnection not rare because i keep seeing videos of yards filled with them
