Yes! Especially if you're already lucid dreaming. If you get too excited or afraid, you will end your lucid dream early...relax naturally during your dream
To spawn a character I just scream I want (name of person) to be here with me. And they usually spawn right behind me or behind the next corner. This worked for me once when I tried it. I also had a lucid dream last night and it was weird because I realized I was dreaming in a room full of people and I screams I’m dreaming right now. They tried to convince me I wasn’t and I was like yes I am and I walked through a mirror and they all freaked out and started chasing me and I got so freaked out and I ran to another and barely locked the door before they could get in. I then went out the through the wall and just walked around and explored some areas and talked to a few people. This dream took place in my school so it was fun to walk around the school in a dream.

Hey Tipharot, I was on the Internet and I heard from some people in the comments that you can't sleep on your side if you want to lucid dream. That is absolutely false. I sleep on my side. Where that false information likely stems from is WILD. Many people are under the wrong impression that to do WILD you need to go through sleep paralysis. You //can// go through sleep paralysis, and it's a viable way of conducting WILD, but some people like myself prefer to skip that step. Now the reason I bring that up, is that for those who are trying to induce sleep paralysis, it's easier to do when laying on your back than on your side. So people who think the sleep paralysis step is necessary then assume that perhaps sleeping on your back is necessary - and that's basically where that information got started. There is however a time when laying on your back might be preferable, and that's if you find yourself falling asleep too fast when performing any given lucid dreaming technique. If you can't stay awake long enough to perform the technique, then sometimes switching to a position you don't normally sleep in is enough to keep you awake throughout the duration.
PJ Morse did it last night and the night before and i had long lucid dreams for the first time. i sleep facing the wall in case of sleep paralysis so the hallucinations dont have enough space to shop up more scary. im not sure if i wake up facing the wall i forget because im remembering my dreams

I had my first unintentional lucid dream yesterday, I have been in Poland for the past 4 days but I really live in NJ so when I had a false awakening in my bed at home I instantly realized that it was a dream. It was my first one and I was extremely excited since about a year earlier I had been trying for weeks to get it to happen. So realizing I was in a dream I instantly realized what was going on and had some fun. Anyway it didn't last too long but when I regained feeling of my physical body and left the dream I was sleeping on my side.
I did know about the technique about asking for an object behind you in a lucid dream and last night I had one a few hours after watching this video. I asked for two Ferraris to be behind me- one for me and one for a friend. My friends one looked like a red sports car but not a Ferrari and My one was like a mini fire truck that could be used as a sports car! It was fun driving round because I've never driven a car before. I didn't visualise what the Ferrari would look like and that's what my subconscious produced. It's funny after waking up noticing how the dream world works!
Reading all the comments here makes me so happy i am currently learning this ability too and never had a lucid Dream before :D but you guys comments Sound so fun like giving instructions how to spawn characters and how they react like they're in a game and you have the Operator Rights or cheats haha
I only ever had one experience with a dream character that still reminds vivid. I forgot what name he took on, but he was a roommate of mine that I lived with for quite some time.. the dream seemed to last a couple of weeks, all the time I am acknowledging my life with this guy, leaving in the room beside me, being a really cool down to Earth guy. We never disrespected each others privacy, but we would hang out on occasion, all those times genuine. Before I became extremely lucid and aware of the fact that he was a product of my subconscious, we were hanging out in my room. I was opening up to him about issues I had with letting go of my ex girlfriend, and he was giving me the best advice ever, advice that was very healing to hear, and very affirming. It eventually snowballed to the point that I became aware that I was dreaming, and I became aware of him being a product of my subconscious, and that's when he began to laugh and tease me in a way. It was quite interesting, and helped me reflect on the fact that sometimes the answers are within us the whole time.
In my first lucid dream, my dream sister came up to me and was like 'wtf are you doing' and i told her i was in a dream, (and im pretty sure i didnt think she would act weird) and she literally just went "OMG THATS SO COOL!" which is probably the most in character i've ever seen my dream sister lol. but i did try too hard to ground myself even though i was in my house so i woke up :( also i feel like if i tell a character or person that i have a *positive* opinion of that its a dream, they wont fight me or act creepily, but if i have a *negative* opinion of the character or person, they will act creepy or try to hurt me or just have a generally unfavorable reaction. also i should probably stop thinking that if i blink then i'll wake up because that means it will happen.
I have a dream character was there since my childhood. I keeps shouting her name and sometimes she would invite me to her “room” which is very deep level near water. Before I met her, I can feel my head heating and she is “waking up”. I don’t know how, she doesn’t talk and behaved like I expected.And she her owned value and perspective which make her an excellent adviser. I can create other human characters in my dream, however they are lots single minded.
I have this dream the other night and I just met this awesome character haha. In my dream I was frustrated (I'm not sure why) so I go outside and walks towards the road (In my dream I think it's 2 o'clock in the morning) so this girl followed me and we watch the stars at the sky together. There's only a few stars but it's beautiful. It makes me feel better haha
Bro someone actually tried to push me away when I went to touch them (on my first lucid experience.) I think that’s just because of the personality of the person I was imagining (it was someone I know). Also, to make the character I would make something simple, and change that into the person. It’s easier than just creating that character.

These are not people I know in real life, but when they show up in dreams, I suddenly have memories of whole histories with them, including names, how I feel about them and what has happened with them in other dreams. What is that about???
I just believe someone or something is behind me, and when i turn around its there, and if i want to fly, same thing just have to believe you're gonna fly when you try too
heyy matt, i am really close to lucid dream but i can't sleep 6 hours becouse i need to go to the scool in 6.30 AM and i usally sleep at 1AM. Do you have any suggestions for me
Go to sleep earlier. Sleeping only 5 hours 30 minutes a night is unhealthy, and even more so if you're still school age, as at that age you're growing, and sleep affects your hormone levels which are involved in your growth. Not getting enough sleep means significantly lower hormone levels, which can stunt your growth and do a whole host of other unpleasant things. If you can't change the time you wake up (i.e. are forced to wake up at a certain time for work/school) then you need to change the time you go to sleep instead.
Broken Down There's no real harm in it, but it can be pretty terrifying. If you are pretty decent at lucid dreaming you can experience Sleep Paralysis, which is where you wake up and are practically paralyzed and a lot of the time there will be shadows moving around your room
Just remember- it’s all in your head. If you experience something really scary in the dream, you can change it or just destroy it- it’s your mind controlling everything. If you remember that, then yes. Go on. It’s fun as hell.
Well, what about fictious characters? For example, I'd like to spawn some kind of mythical creature or a character from a movie. What then? Does 'conversation' method works for this kind of characters or creatures? :P
Yes the same method can be used. If you have trouble believing that such a character would appear, then do anything you can to set the scene. Make the conversation about something that this character would talk about. Try it in a location where you'd be likely to find them too for a higher chance of success.
some time ago I saw a character in a dream being briefly mentioned but during the morning when I was still sleeping, she appeared again, this time the dream revealed her backstory and even her voice, she kinda scares me though

I’ve had about 4 lucid dreams now, and I every time I enter the dream world the same thing always happens: 1. I become aware of my surroundings 2. I grab onto things to stabilize the world 3. Someone grabs my arm and tells me to stop dreaming and I punch them away 4. I explore the area 5. I try to summon my dead dog but always end up waking I because I think to hard about what my dog looks like and end up hearing sounds from the real world and waking up.

During a quite lucid dream I was conscious and remembering my task of meeting someone. After some tiring (and hilarious) stabilizing work, I was ready to make him appear beyond a door. So I walked to the hall, where many closed doors were... But he preceded me! He came out of one door in a pijamas - looking outfit, bare-footed and sleepy, and looked at me questioningly. 🤣 Looked like I had to have a very good reason to 'wake' him and drag him into my lucid. 😂

I had a LD where I was in a infinite parkway, next to the mall I go to, and i then notice im dreaming randomly, then i tested that i heard that LDs look just like real life, so i touched the floor and concrete that was below me, and it felt so real. Prob the most vivid LD ive had in a while. Then, there was just a random car infront of me, It had a plow on it, and it was all white, and i turned around and a dream character was just looking at me bending down at me, and then i told him he was dreaming. I had my strongest lucid dream like a month ago using WILD (2nd time I succeeded). I wanted to hook up w/ a cute girl from work. I also found it'd be hard to spawn someone in front of my eyes. So, I created doors, like in the hallway of a hotel room. And I said in my mind/intention that "behind one of these doors, there will be a cute girl from work! Idc which one! Just one of them!" If I can imagine anything from reality, real people, movies, cartoon characters; But I do not know 100% their physical features (if they have wrinkles, if the hair is a little longer or not ...), when I give the order for it to appear, will it appear as I imagine it or will it appear as it is in reality (Even I do not know exactly the features of the person, but I do know his face and be able to imagine it)? That is, if I imagine a person from the front and it appears in my lucid dream, will the back part see it as strange or will I see it as it is in real life?

These all make me giggle so hard xD ... tricking your dream into things happening, as if you were hacking it through logic. I actually DID tell my dream characters today (friends that I was hanging out with) that I was dreaming, I kept insisting because I really was dreaming and they simply laughed 'at my hilarious joke' like they usually would and one friend half hugged me and fell apart laughing xD not literally ... nothing stopped working, no one stared at me, but apparently they like it when I tell jokes haha. I really hope that someone will believe me next time and not think of it as a joke!

I almost managed to LD earlier today, but after awakening in REM after having a dream, my traitor stomach and bladder made me lose it. I got up and ruined my REM, what's worse is my sleeping cycle is non-existent. Is there a limit to when I can can wild? A time? I find that I can be still and drift in and out of consciousness for an hour or more, and I simply can't fall asleep!
Getting up to use the bathroom or eat won't break you out of REM. You can actually stay up for a fairly long time during REM and go right into a lucid dream after. Don't worry if it takes you an hour or so to get back to sleep, I find the same happens to me a lot and it's never caused me any issues. Now if you got up for several hours that might be different, but an hour should be fine.

Ive gotten amazing reactions while lucid. Some say they are conscious, some freeze up and stare or avoid eye contact. Others are too bizarre to explain. I find you can spawn people by slowly moving your hand down with who you want to summon. Although at times its not the person you want. Flight is amazing, you have to almost feel like your flying instead of thinking about it. Sometimes I can fly up quickly at other times it’s harder and slower.
I have really in-depth dreams that are like video game,movie,or book worthy. If you were asleep even briefly some time in the hours leading up to that you could have been in REM when it happened. It's common to be able to enter a lucid dream right away when trying in the early morning/late afternoon simply because you were asleep hours earlier.
That was a lucid dream. It doesn’t matter when you hit REM. My butt literally fell asleep for only one hr 3 days ago in the afternoon and had a lucid dream.
I've been wanting to spawn/summon my Elementary School friend/classmate and crush, if I have the chance to lucid dream (hopefully soon). Her name is Maja (pronounced Maya) and she is a GORGEOUS girl (and the most beautiful girl in my class). But I *don't want* her to be the "reflection or part of my subconscious/imagination/projection of my imagination" or some shit (if you know what I mean). Instead I want her to be *genuine* and *herself* (i. e. to have her *own* personality), just like I knew her in real life, and not like some human-looking robot that I can control, because I *don't like nor want to* control the people and their minds, ya know? I asked for two Ferraris to be behind me- one for me and one for a friend. My friends one looked like a red sports car but not a Ferrari and My one was like a mini fire truck that could be used as a sports car! It was fun driving round because I've never driven a car before. I didn't visualise what the Ferrari would look like and that's what my subconscious produced. It's funny after waking up noticing how the dream world works!

I once went to sleep with some questions that I wanted to ask the dream. And my dream character dad started asking them to me.
I only ever had one experience with a dream character that still reminds vivid. I forgot what name he took on, but he was a roommate of mine that I lived with for quite some time.. the dream seemed to last a couple of weeks, all the time I am acknowledging my life with this guy, leaving in the room beside me, being a really cool down to Earth guy. We never disrespected each others privacy, but we would hang out on occasion, all those times genuine. Before I became extremely lucid and aware of the fact that he was a product of my subconscious, we were hanging out in my room. I was opening up to him about issues I had with letting go of my ex girlfriend, and he was giving me the best advice ever, advice that was very healing to hear, and very affirming. It eventually snowballed to the point that I became aware that I was dreaming, and I became aware of him being a product of my subconscious, and that's when he began to laugh and tease me in a way. It was quite interesting, and helped me reflect on the fact that sometimes the answers are within us the whole time.
In my first lucid dream, my dream sister came up to me and was like 'wtf are you doing' and i told her i was in a dream, (and im pretty sure i didnt think she would act weird) and she literally just went "OMG THATS SO COOL!" which is probably the most in character i've ever seen my dream sister lol. but i did try too hard to ground myself even though i was in my house so i woke up :(
also i feel like if i tell a character or person that i have a *positive* opinion of that its a dream, they wont fight me or act creepily, but if i have a *negative* opinion of the character or person, they will act creepy or try to hurt me or just have a generally unfavorable reaction.
also i should probably stop thinking that if i blink then i'll wake up because that means it will happen.
I have a dream character was there since my childhood. I keeps shouting her name and sometimes she would invite me to her “room” which is very deep level near water. Before I met her, I can feel my head heating and she is “waking up”.
I don’t know how, she doesn’t talk and behaved like I expected.And she her owned value and perspective which make her an excellent adviser.

I have this dream the other night and I just met this awesome character haha. In my dream I was frustrated (I'm not sure why) so I go outside and walks towards the road (In my dream I think it's 2 o'clock in the morning) so this girl followed me and we watch the stars at the sky together. There's only a few stars but it's beautiful. It makes me feel better haha

Bro someone actually tried to push me away when I went to touch them (on my first lucid experience.) I think that’s just because of the personality of the person I was imagining (it was someone I know).
Also, to make the character I would make something simple, and change that into the person. It’s easier than just creating that character.

heyy matt, i am really close to lucid dream but i can't sleep 6 hours becouse i need to go to the scool in 6.30 AM and i usally sleep at 1AM. Do you have any suggestions for me
Go to sleep earlier. Sleeping only 5 hours 30 minutes a night is unhealthy, and even more so if you're still school age, as at that age you're growing, and sleep affects your hormone levels which are involved in your growth. Not getting enough sleep means significantly lower hormone levels, which can stunt your growth and do a whole host of other unpleasant things. If you can't change the time you wake up (i.e. are forced to wake up at a certain time for work/school) then you need to change the time you go to sleep instead.

Broken Down There's no real harm in it, but it can be pretty terrifying. If you are pretty decent at lucid dreaming you can experience Sleep Paralysis, which is where you wake up and are practically paralyzed and a lot of the time there will be shadows moving around your room

Yes the same method can be used. If you have trouble believing that such a character would appear, then do anything you can to set the scene. Make the conversation about something that this character would talk about. Try it in a location where you'd be likely to find them too for a higher chance of success.

Hey Matt...this is gonna be long last night I set the alarm to wake me up after 4:30 hours to do Wild but when I woke up wild didn't work so said the mantra then I slept and after a little amount of time I woke up again but I felt strange so I pinshed my nose and try to breath and I was able to breath so I knew it I was a dream so I made my hand like super man to fly but my eyes was closed so while I was flying I tried to open my eyes to look on what Iam flying above but when I tried to open my eyes I opened then in reality so what's the solution!?
I’ve had about 4 lucid dreams now, and I every time I enter the dream world the same thing always happens:
1. I become aware of my surroundings
2. I grab onto things to stabilize the world
3. Someone grabs my arm and tells me to stop dreaming and I punch them away
4. I explore the area
5. I try to summon my dead dog but always end up waking I because I think to hard about what my dog looks like and end up hearing sounds from the real world and waking up.

question for you: what are your thoughts on dream characters that are aware that they are in a dream. for example, today i had a lucid dream, i told a few dream characters that they are in a dream, they didn't believe me at first but i spawned some things that left them confused. later this woman approached me and said something like "dream characters are weird, aren't they?". I was surprised and asked her how was she aware of this all and she said something along the lines of "oh it's pretty easy to do". lol. thoughts?

During a quite lucid dream I was conscious and remembering my task of meeting someone. After some tiring (and hilarious) stabilizing work, I was ready to make him appear beyond a door. So I walked to the hall, where many closed doors were... But he preceded me! He came out of one door in a pijamas - looking outfit, bare-footed and sleepy, and looked at me questioningly. 🤣 Looked like I had to have a very good reason to 'wake' him and drag him into my lucid. 😂

I had a LD where I was in a infinite parkway, next to the mall I go to, and i then notice im dreaming randomly, then i tested that i heard that LDs look just like real life, so i touched the floor and concrete that was below me, and it felt so real. Prob the most vivid LD ive had in a while. Then, there was just a random car infront of me, It had a plow on it, and it was all white, and i turned around and a dream character was just looking at me bending down at me, and then i told him he was dreaming. He looked at me for a few seconds, and then just jumped off questioning his existence. The others that were getting in there cars also proceeded to do the same. Then i woke up. It was so weird...

I had my strongest lucid dream like a month ago using WILD (2nd time I succeeded). I wanted to hook up w/ a cute girl from work. I also found it'd be hard to spawn someone in front of my eyes. So, I created doors, like in the hallway of a hotel room. And I said in my mind/intention that "behind one of these doors, there will be a cute girl from work! Idc which one! Just one of them!" And sure enough one cute girl from work was there and it didn't go very far. But that was super cool!

I had a dream last night that I was eaten by a massive dark green worm, and it had teeth. My friend was there and he just watched me get eaten. I don't like dream characters.
If I can imagine anything from reality, real people, movies, cartoon characters; But I do not know 100% their physical features (if they have wrinkles, if the hair is a little longer or not ...), when I give the order for it to appear, will it appear as I imagine it or will it appear as it is in reality (Even I do not know exactly the features of the person, but I do know his face and be able to imagine it)?
That is, if I imagine a person from the front and it appears in my lucid dream, will the back part see it as strange or will I see it as it is in real life?

These all make me giggle so hard xD ... tricking your dream into things happening, as if you were hacking it through logic. I actually DID tell my dream characters today (friends that I was hanging out with) that I was dreaming, I kept insisting because I really was dreaming and they simply laughed 'at my hilarious joke' like they usually would and one friend half hugged me and fell apart laughing xD not literally ... nothing stopped working, no one stared at me, but apparently they like it when I tell jokes haha. I almost managed to LD earlier today, but after awakening in REM after having a dream, my traitor stomach and bladder made me lose it. I got up and ruined my REM, what's worse is my sleeping cycle is non-existent. Is there a limit to when I can can wild? A time? I find that I can be still and drift in and out of consciousness for an hour or more, and I simply can't fall asleep!
Getting up to use the bathroom or eat won't break you out of REM. You can actually stay up for a fairly long time during REM and go right into a lucid dream after. Don't worry if it takes you an hour or so to get back to sleep, I find the same happens to me a lot and it's never caused me any issues. Now if you got up for several hours that might be different, but an hour should be fine.

Ive gotten amazing reactions while lucid. Some say they are conscious, some freeze up and stare or avoid eye contact. Others are too bizarre to explain. I find you can spawn people by slowly moving your hand down with who you want to summon. Although at times its not the person you want. Flight is amazing, you have to almost feel like your flying instead of thinking about it. Sometimes I can fly up quickly at other times it’s harder and slower.
I have really in-depth dreams that are like video game,movie,or book worthy. Im always the protagonist and all these "dream characters" seem to be realistic,for example,last night I had a dream where I had a cute cartoony ghost that was like my "partner" and he responded naturally and whatever happens seemed to happen.Do you know what this is like?

Holy shit I think I had a lucid dream today/yesterday. But I'm not sure though.So I didn't get any sleep because I watched a movie and "slept" in a sofa-bed-thing. It felt so real and I tried somethings but it didn't work so I just flew. The rest is just flying until I opend my eyes because of the noise by my family.I woke up and was like holy shit I just had a lucid dream!But did I really? I mean it felt so real and I had all the control but, I couldn't have been in REM because I didn't get any sleep so... What? I don't know man, I'm getting scared now...

If you were asleep even briefly some time in the hours leading up to that you could have been in REM when it happened. It's common to be able to enter a lucid dream right away when trying in the early morning/late afternoon simply because you were asleep hours earlier.
That was a lucid dream. It doesn’t matter when you hit REM. My butt literally fell asleep for only one hr 3 days ago in the afternoon and had a lucid dream.

I've been wanting to spawn/summon my Elementary School friend/classmate and crush, if I have the chance to lucid dream (hopefully soon). Her name is Maja (pronounced Maya) and she is a GORGEOUS girl (and the most beautiful girl in my class). But I *don't want* her to be the "reflection or part of my subconscious/imagination/projection of my imagination" or some shit (if you know what I mean).
