Ironically they all have no self control. When u get away do Daily Meditations to silence the monkey mind of rumination for healing. Focus on what u want and deserve. BE Well. HEART & SOUL.
If I was upset and got frustrated texting because it seemed like everything I was trying to say was being taken in the wrong way, he would say he’s not going to answer, that he’s not going to reward my behavior and that me calling him made him nervous because it made him feel like he was being forced to answer phone call and he didn’t like not being in control
When you know you witnessed this, then have the consistent behavior confirmed by an expert, you have found your closure. From there continuation of your demise is impossible. At all cost gtho.

I saw a video where the speaker said narcissists normalize dysfunctional behavior. They drum people out of their circle of influence if held accountable for their actions. It seems so obvious yet sometimes I need to hear it to believe it.
The person who has this who I live with, most recently tried to get supply by saying, "I'm not worthy of all this, other people are more worthy than me."
