You should find a way to incorporate this into some kind of game or bet. I don't have any idea's off hand, but perhaps some others may have suggestions. Maybe something with a boardgame, or make bets with another guntoober.

I think you could do these more game like. Have 2 shooters using the same gun and 2 targets. The one unlucky to shoot their target loses.
Or you shoot 2 targets in turn. One target represents your head and the other your opponent's. That way you can measure how many rounds you win.

GY6 + roulette....oh hell yeah. I like the random spin method myself...
If you had 1 or 2 other people you could do a roulette style game. Have a paper target and a melon/jug. Each person gets 5 trigger pulls(spin every shot). You can choose paper or jug/melon. You have to choose paper once out of 5 trigger pulls. If you choose paper and are wrong you have to do 1 guaranteed jug/melon shot at the end of your turn but if you get it right you get to make someone else do 3 guaranteed jug/melon shots at the end of theirs. Person with the least jugs/melons shot wins. I dunno just a thought.. might be fun/entertaining?

If you were an adrenaline junkie this would no doubt be the ultimate "sport" if you played it the way the Russian's intended...imagine putting that barrel against your head and pulling the trigger not knowing what would happen.

I don't think the bolt is designed to stop a rapidly spinning cylinder, might be an idea to stop it with your hand and then let go of the hammer.
Randomize by spinning after each turn.
