The only time I've been to Hershey Park was when I was in the girl scouts in second grade. I rode my first roller coaster there - The Comet. My love for roller coasters started there and when I saw you made a video going to Hershey Park I got so excited and clicked immediately. Thanks for going and glad you've had fun in PA! :)
Funny we have been doing the parks of PA (Lakemont, Knoebels...) and will be at Hershey tomorrow. I think you've been a day or two ahead of us at each Park, funny
Thank you so much sir for you taking me around everywhere and show me all these beautiful things as I sit here at home alone with cancer. I feel truly bless'd.I know god is watching over you to bring joy to so many people.. I would like to say thank you to your wife for bring'ing so much love and care and support as to what you are doing.. As to you to bring joy to so many people ; that are stuck at home like me .As I know you have touch so many people's hearts .thank you Michael from scabough Toronto Canada Ontario
I appreciate you and family taking me with you on your trips, thank you for making my staying at home more interesting,it has been informational with fun, thanks for wearing masks too!! Enjoy for me,be safe and be blessed!!
Hi Jacob, you say your done with Pa ,what about the east,, Dorney park is an amusement park must go,maybe next time. Love all your trips ,keep up the good work
They had the first looping roller coaster on the east coast, the sooperdooperLooper. It's still there, but it has been "temporarily closed" for a while now.
I grew up right down the road in Lancaster PA. Hershey Park was our summer and christmas destination every year growing up. My favorite was always the Super Duper Looper! Great memories of riding the Scrambler with my dad when it was cold in the winter, our faces freezing. Thank you so much for these memories! I hope you enjoyed your visit to the Keystone State!
Does Hershey Park still have the street lamps that look like hershey kisses. When I was a lot younger, when you went through the candy factory you would get a small bag of candy. Usually had about 10 pieces of candy.. Old days.
I went there like 2 years ago with the old entrance and the old carousel location and it was way more authentic and neat than that new modern Hollywood overblown, entrance area and coaster!
Awesome video I visited Hershey Park in the mid 1980’s and it was amazing they used to have the most amazing double Ferris wheel but it’s long gone thank you for all of your videos
I’ve never been there but plan on putting some money aside so I can go.I don’t care for the rollar coasters as I’m getting up in age but I’d love to ride the train, monorail, skyride, and dark rides.Possibly something on the boardwalk side. Thanks for showing us all the great things they have there Jacob.Until next time.💖😊😋👍
I found this by chance while watching Disneyland videos, I've been subscribed for at least a year now with notifications, how did I not see this? Anyway I love it.
Used to have season tickets back in the late 90's/ early 2000's. So many memories. Attended some great concerts there at the stadium too! Only thing I didn't like is the lines were often very long to get on the coasters.
and since he and his wife didn't go on the titanic trip he ended up opening a school which has made a significant impact for the better on children who were in the foster care systems lives which if i'm correct carpetbaggers former career kind of goes along with why the school was made.
Been going to Hershey Park for years and years, always loved it. Not happy with the newest renovations. It used to be so charming. The Great Bear was my first ever roller coaster!
15:18-15:23.. that's my 3rd favorite ride in the park.. Thunder vs. Lightning Rollercoaster Race! My second favorite was also in Mid-America.. The Wildcat!
As a Southeast PA native, I recommend visiting the Strasburg Railroad and the Toy Train and Railroad museums. Also, Dutch Wonderland, Longwood Gardens (especially during Christmas for the light show), James Buchanan’s Wheatland Estate, Lancaster Central Market, Amish Village, Herr’s Potato Chip factory tour, Brandywine River Museum, Philly Art Museum. In normal times, there’s the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival. Hope this helps!
As a kid back in the late 70’s, I can remember visiting Hershey’s park Knoebels and the Land of Little Horses. It’s fun to see how much most have changed and grown. Of course they are nothing like they were back then. But then again, you could stop at the roadside zoo, and pet the baby bears back then also. Visiting the big Beefalo farm, and touring the pastures on old school buses that they removed the tops off of. Man, those were the days lol. Thanks for all your work, and time, Love your channel and getting to visit so many wonderful places, vicariously through you!
Understandable the Bagger Hit the Wall. You can tell you were Toast, Wiped Out. Totally Fatigued. But, like you in the Wrestling Ring, you dug deep and got it done. 6 in 6 days is Amazimg. Great Job.
You missed out on a (static) Laffin' Sal back in the Laugh Track coaster queue. i didn't realize untill recently its also supposed to be her in the ride artwork on the building
Thanks for the video maybe next time will get you on one of those rides like a roller coaster. You should actually ride the comet it's an old ride from the 1940s.
The entrance has changed so much since the last time I was there, miss the Tudor entrance. Love the park, riding the monorail is my favorite. Not really a coaster guy
What a massive park, definitely one you wouldn’t miss, even had a monorail, monorail, monorail, thankyou Jacob, has been a great series not keen on Hershey bars, but the park 👍🏻😁 x
I had Fun this week wacthing your Amusement Parks of PA great job of doing the videos I love all of your videos U can't wait to see more of your videos
I've been to Hershey, Pa. for a DECA conference in 11th grade. My manuscript won. It was a wonderful weekend. Great memories. Toured the Hershey plant, but never went to the amusement park. Thank you Jacob for taking me there. So much fun!
Wow! That park seems overly busy; 5 hrs to get on a roller coaster , well there goes your day. That was a different dark ride, not what I expected . The free ride outside was neat. Looks like a great park. Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
As a park regular, sadly the 2-5 hour wait for a coaster is one of Hershey's downfalls. That's not something brought on by Covid. They have very low ride and train capacity on pretty much all their coasters. Most only have 2 trains on the track at a time and that means one is loading while the other is on the coarse and the second train does not depart the station until the original train has completed the track or close to it.
I think it's great you got to go there this summer. You were in Amarillo last month and Hershey this month. Significance: I grew up 15 minutes South of Hershey and now llivein Amarillo. So, you've proven it can be done! Thanks for sharing your adventures!
I've only been to Hershey park during Christmas time, it's nice to walk around with all the stuff they set up. I'd love to go on the roller coasters there sometime
There are a couple museums in my hometown and where I currently live! There's the Ted Lewis Museum in Circleville, Ohio and the Small Town Museum in Ashville, Ohio!! Come on up north!!
I’m from New York and I was there about a week ago what a fun place to visit had a awesome time there! Thanks for the vlog!!! By the way I still miss Orlando Florida!
Thank you so much for the tour. I havent been there for years. It has greatly enlarged. I only live about 2 hours from there but I am not a roller coaster fan. The pay day bar is my favorite. It is loaded with peanuts & corn syrup & has 240 calories so I seldom eat one. Interesting enough it contains no chocolate.
The area with the Balloon ride and the Starship ride sits used to be a beautiful double Ferris wheel. One side would be high up in the air giving people rides. While the other side would be on the ground loading up new riders. I miss that Ferris Wherl slot. My last time at Hershey Park was April 29th, 2001.
We have season passes to Dutch Wonderland it’s a fun family park but it’s definitely for smaller kids. There’s only one big rollercoaster and if I didn’t have my 5 year old son I would feel pretty weird going alone to that park.
If you ever find yourself in the area in the winter holiday season, check out Hersheypark Candy Lane. They really do a lovely job in the park during the holiday season. Far less of it is open, but it's still a ton of a fun (and at a reduced cost, of course).
Last time I went here was for my high school's senior class trip back in 2018. Great fun, I loved their coasters! But by the next day my feet were so sore I could barely walk!
Best person who knows how to show the best of things.
My first theme parkkk
I agree!
I love Hershey Park and Hershey, PA. My mom lived there.
I'm from Harrisburg colonial park 10 min from park love Hershey
My favorite non-Disney park, this place is literally my childhood
That's not how "literally" works.
I was there in 1974 or 75. I don't really remember much, except I liked the roller coaster, and the free chocolate was everywhere.
Glad you enjoy your time at Hershey Park! One of my favorite parks to try and get to every year and Knoebels is a great place to go as well!!
Oh my goodness! I work there! I have been watching your videos for years! Hope you enjoyed your time at Hersheypark!
Thank you Jacob....taking me places I never been before.....♡♡♡♡

Glad you enjoyed the amusement parks of Pennsylvania🚂🎢🎡🎠🍫
Aahhh we’re season pass holders and of course you show up when we aren’t there! Nice to see you in the sweetest place on earth!
Funny we have been doing the parks of PA (Lakemont, Knoebels...) and will be at Hershey tomorrow. I think you've been a day or two ahead of us at each Park, funny
I'm from wilkes barre knoebels will always be everyone's favorite park never tire of knoebels

I had no idea Hershey park was so big. My son & I will have to deffinatly go some day, it looks awesome!
Hi Jacob, you say your done with Pa ,what about the east,, Dorney park is an amusement park must go,maybe next time. Love all your trips ,keep up the good work
Thanks for having me along for the ride in choclate land this is so much fun
They had the first looping roller coaster on the east coast, the sooperdooperLooper. It's still there, but it has been "temporarily closed" for a while now.
Monorail...Monorail...Monorail. New t shirt design? I like it!
Monorail, monorail, monorail....are you quoting that episode of The Simpsons where someone was trying to sell Springfield a monorail??? Love it!
Had I been in line with Jacob, heard him singing it, I'd have joined in, and in character too. I hear those things are awfully loud....
Thank you for bringing back fond memories. Haven't been to Hershey since I was a kid.

The street lamps are in the city of Hershey.
They still have the Street lamps! The lamps at Hershey Park are Kisses aswell.
Yup, we still have the Hershey Kiss Lamp covers...😁
Hersheypark is one of the best places on earth I’ve been there so many times have so many memories of good times and so fun you guys should try it
Another great video from PA, enjoyed them all. Thanks Jacob
I went there like 2 years ago with the old entrance and the old carousel location and it was way more authentic and neat than that new modern Hollywood overblown, entrance area and coaster!
That park looks amazing!!!
Had the best time thank you my friend
Wow that park looked amazing! I had no idea!
I love Hershey Park!!! Been going since I was little and now I bring my child :) Wish we could have ran into you!
Awesome video I visited Hershey Park in the mid 1980’s and it was amazing they used to have the most amazing double Ferris wheel but it’s long gone thank you for all of your videos
The last time I was at Chocolate World, they handed out full-size Hershey bars at the end of the ride. That was a long time ago.
Our friend was freaked out about those singing cows on the chocolate factory ride. 🤣
I’ve never been there but plan on putting some money aside so I can go.I don’t care for the rollar coasters as I’m getting up in age but I’d love to ride the train, monorail, skyride, and dark rides.Possibly something on the boardwalk side. Thanks for showing us all the great things they have there Jacob.Until next time.💖😊😋👍
I enjoy traveling the country through your videos
Thanks Jacob! On to the next adventure 😊
My home town, I do miss it but in the few years since I left the park changed a grew so much. Hope you enjoyed your day there
Watching your video is getting me excited for my trip this coming week
You went on a really crowded day
I love that park I need to go back. I haven't been since 2007
You just have to try a payday candy bar. They are so good. They are one of my favorite.
Bonnie Cecil 👍👍👍
This park has changed so much just in the last decade since I was there last.
This might be an odd habit, but I enjoy watching these videos at 1.5 speed. It makes the rides seem super scary that way!
I was just there with my family! We loved our time there!
I was just there on Friday and Saturday!!
Milton Hershey and his wife had tickets to be on the Titanic.
Exactly Hershey wouldn't be if he went on that fateful trip!!
Facts👍🏻
Hershey park and all the Hershey candy would be determined on the sinking of the titanic
The one that sank
and since he and his wife didn't go on the titanic trip he ended up opening a school which has made a significant impact for the better on children who were in the foster care systems lives which if i'm correct carpetbaggers former career kind of goes along with why the school was made.
Great place! Especially if you like chocolate. No really. It's an awesome park.
I love Payday candy bar!!! It,s delicious!!!! 😄
Man I live in Hershey PA I wish I was at the park
Me too. It would have been cool to meet Jacob.
@@FunAtDisney It is very nice.
@@CG-kb2ii I would have loved to meet jacob. it is cool to see him go there.
Been going to Hershey Park for years and years, always loved it. Not happy with the newest renovations. It used to be so charming. The Great Bear was my first ever roller coaster!
i allways wanted to go there . i love their chocolate bars
It’s amazing I definitely recommend it great deals plus worth it if you stay at the lodge

I live an hour away myself is still a great park been going there since the early seventies.
You missed out on a (static) Laffin' Sal back in the Laugh Track coaster queue. i didn't realize untill recently its also supposed to be her in the ride artwork on the building

I would love to see more series like this in other states. Great week of videos!!

Roller coaster..roller coaster..roller coaster..rollercoaster !!
The entrance has changed so much since the last time I was there, miss the Tudor entrance. Love the park, riding the monorail is my favorite. Not really a coaster guy
It changed last year. They needed to expand to get the new coaster in.
We were there Wednesday and Thursday had awesome time
What a massive park, definitely one you wouldn’t miss, even had a monorail, monorail, monorail, thankyou Jacob, has been a great series not keen on Hershey bars, but the park 👍🏻😁 x

Amber that seems such a shame. I hooe they eventually find a way to change that but doesn't seem possible. Very poor design .
My favorite amusement park in the world
I see your a dog lover, basset hound?
@@stevent9179 yes, we have two.

There's so much more to Hershey than the park, I can tell you that. Did you visit Dutch Wonderland?
Absolutely he should've gone there too. Not far from Hershey.
I grew up in Lancaster. Even as an adult I love Dutch Wonderland. Would take my niece and nephew there every summer!
