- Hey guys,
Welcome back to another video. This week we leave Lyndhurst and head towards Oodnadatta along the #OodnadattaTrack This year we see a few things we've never seen before and find a campsite that made us feel like we were camping on Mars.

I love everything about this episode. Oodnadatta Track is my favourite remote place. The drone footage showcases the unique beauty of the Oodnadatta track at sunrise and sunset. I wish we took our time exploring the bOodnadatta track when we were there instead of rushing to Coober Pedy. Don't get too used to that coffee machine, Matt. It's not yours, hahaha 😊
Spectacular part of the world, very high on the bucket list
I loved the stars in fast motion. Very awesome!
There is literally nothing out there, yet is is so spectacularly beautiful. Amazing.🤙
It is it’s very own contradiction but it’s amazing
True outback is harsh and unforgiving. Oh boy is it is a magical place in golden hour.
It really hooks me for my life and dragging me over and over
It certainly keeps dragging us back
As always a terrific video and brings back memories of 2011, need to go again
Cliffs were awesome!!
Great to see some quality shots. Thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it
I've had my tyre pressure monitors on for 3 years and never used the lock nuts for the same reason. And have not lost one and have never even come loose. That includes multiple trips into the outback.
Good to know :)
Lovely Ep guys and some awesome looking landscapes
Holly & Matt thanks for the video 👍👍
Cheers mate thanks for watching and commenting every week!
Those Date scones are delicious .. I'll be BACK .. Birdsville track was smooth like a hwy this time last year.
Farina , will you visit? Safe travels you guys.
Love the background music.
Those stars at the beginning - amazing!
Cheers mate! Thanks for watching for all these years :)
Awesome guys
One of my favourite tracks 👌👌
Always something new to see
Oodnadatta Track is just Australian desert, go into Halligan Bay Lake Eyre Nth. That is truly moonscape.
Thanks for bringing back memories. I did Coober Pedy -William Creek - Maree last year and as ever out back the colours and scenery just blow me away. Can’t wait for next episode.
you can crack it a bit but not really. It was a consideration but we decided to have access on the outside which we have really liked. It is an option for the build out though to have the fridge face the way you like.
That area looks absolutely stunning, thank you for bringing us along with you.
Our pleasure!
Awesome episodes 😊Beautiful landscape 👍🏼
Thanks for sharing & Greetings from south africa 🇿🇦
Thanks mate!
Great vid guys, love the remoteness and camp spots.
As for the Indeflates, we have found ours not precise enough - out at least a few psi !
Yep we have wildly different readings on all our devices that measure pressure!
Aargh, dying to get back out there and your video isn't helping with the longing.😀 Beautiful video once again.
Can't beat desert country!
We've had so much rain this year, it's not surprising the ground is soft. :)
Yeah its looking great all over the country
Hi Matt, it was me that mentioned the lock nuts on the tyre sensors and you said you would let us how they went without them so thanks for remembering. What temps do you run your fridges at in the warmer climates ? Keep up the great work and stay safe.
No worries mate. The centre console is running at -18 as a freezer and the other upright is around 2-3
Epic❤
Living the life Scotty love it 👍
Good to know :)
Matt, what is that silver aluminium or stainless steel box on the left-hand side with the max tracks and folded down as a table so we can we get one and what is it called. Thank you and much appreciated with all the memories coming back I done three trips of Central Australia 2005 and 2 in 2006. And west to East across the top end including Cape York
Hey mate, from project overlander in Sydney, they are fantastic, you can also have them painted
Yumm bacon and pancakes. That is bugger what the doctor says just enjoy life.
We agree!
Only at the beginning, what’s the details on that fry pan? It looks the goods
It is great, Aus made. Company is called Solidteknics
Hey guys . you should look at getting lapel mics, would make it so much clearer while you're driving
We have them mate but it’s a lot of messing around the set them up and drive. We just didn’t adjust the levels for that shot that’s a bit hard to hear
I have a different brand TPMS which is not very good but in the instructions it says the lock nuts are to reduce risk of theft and it is fine to use them without. I’ve done about 15000km on terrible tracks and they haven’t come off.
Good to know
Hi Fokes, good video, how hard is it to do night shots of stars how big memory card do you run for that kind of shot. And manual setting is
it i am new too taking shots. I am getting some work on a full 12-24v system through PROJECT OVERLANDER.
I notice you still cook with gas stove how long that bottle last you? Is it a time issue or what is it ,i still like to cook on a open fire.
Cheers HOLLY ANS MATT.
Hey mate. We have a 128GB card, the setting are usually F1.4, 8 second exposure, 3200 iso. But it will change for your setup. That's good they do fantastic work there. We just like to have the option, for example it was too windy for gas this morning so we used the induction. The gas is better to cook on in good conditions and we get 3 weeks heavy use out of a bottle
