Oooh to be a Miller....Great little documentary. Dont care if we are biased because we are Rotherham United and we'll do what we want :-) UTM. Loved seeing the plymouth footage again and oh what a day that first sunny day in New York was. Hope this will be a season to remember.
The new place deserves this excellent creative response. You have a good eye for composition Josh, and the story flows seamlessly. Great stuff, does the club and supporters proud!
its nice to see a small town like Rotherham get its team back, and get itself a new modern ground. but, its a shame the old school grounds around the country are nearly all confined to the history books. I miss Ninian park so much, the Cardiff city stadium just doesn't feel the same to me. but then again, im a moaning old git who's stuck in the past. lol
I am a lifelong Owl,and i have good memories of games we had at Milmoor, the atmosphere was amazing with thousands packed inside, and many outside watching from wherever they could. Good luck at New York,it looks like a good ground and your doing well upto now.
FANTASTICO ROTHERHAM!!!! en recuerdo de mi amigo en el cielo fanático de Rotherham United Steven Dickinson. Saludos a la familia desde isla canela, España
Great times ahead for the Millers. After 34 years of watching Rotherham United this has to be the most eagerly awaited season for my club. Come on you REDS, do us proud!!! UTM NY NY
NUFC, great video, looks like a nice stadium that, me my wife and son coming for the pre season match on Tuesday, good luck everyone, only one positive if yous beat us then hopefully yous will beat Sunderland ha
Do I detect a hint of jealousy chestertonB??? Great ground, great fans, great players, great atmosphere and a controversial but yet brilliant manager. It's coming up to Christmas and where doing well, little bit of criticism from some games like port vale and dagenham, but we've got to expect that, it's rare you play great all season. Hopefully in a couple of months we will be at the top of the table or near there and showing league 1 what threats we are going to be for them UTM!!!!
The foundry is now virtually burnt completely down. Of course it was a beautiful historic building but being listed it would never have been bought and converted in a town like Rotherham. Now its waiting to be demolished. The price of a dream I guess
@@craigcrossland9475 They seem to be a club who just play it safe imo, hence they yoyo between the Championship and League One. Better than ripping the assets out of the club just to reach the Premier League and then have huge financial difficulties.
@@ChrissyboyH44 thats some kind words playing it safe haha. We just arent good enough mate to compete with 90 percent of the leagues teams. As regards to money we have a great chairman but hasnt got the cash to pay big wages or sign great players and in much need of a twenty a season goalscorer. We did finish mid table in the championship 15 years ago but like u said we are a yoyo club between the 2nd and third division and in the dark times in league two
I take my last comment back, having actually been now I can see the ground isn't actually that good. It's unsafe with steep steps, tiny poorly thought out concourses and terrible egress for supporters. It's a empty breeze block monstrosity that you paid too much for. Not that Rotherham ever pay their bills of course.

Come a long way since the Daggers beat them in the league 2 play off final since 2010
Any chance Rotherham could ever make the Premier League? It would be nice to see. Thoughts welcome. :-)
Only with major investment we cant do it on recruitment alone

Rotherham
just gotta stop losing at home!
Nice cuddly league one side ,not really big enough for championship .
Lol.
You know nothing about me or my "ground" = invalid comment.
I think your new stadium is shit. And as for the name.. lol.
Nice ground, poor support (attendances dropping every game), shit team and a wanker of a manager.

Shut up its fine.
If u spent ur whole life building something it still wouldn't be better than the NYS (New York Stadium)
