As a software engineer, I want to build a web system so we can order these online :) but also an easy way to scan in all the new ones into the system :)

Having a huge collection was a dream, but recently I started getting rid of a lot of consoles, many of which I am emulating with USB controllers from these consoles.

When it comes to consoles back in the 80's. I had: 1. SuperGrafx Console NEC PC Engine From Japan. With the game MADO KING GRANZORT and Daimakaimura Ghouls'n Ghosts. Both great games. My other system I had back then 2. NEO-GEO I had many games with this system. The two that stand out are SAMURAI SHODOWN and LAST RESORT. and last 3. NEC PC Engine CORE GRAFX II Console Japan. Son Son2 and Dragon Spirit and Nectaris (Military Madness TurboGrafx-16 ) PC Engine.
I picked out brave fencer musashi when I was 13 or 14 for my birthday because the case was thick and it was a square game. I assumed it was a multi disc rpg. I was at first dissatisfied once I realized it was one disc and not an rpg like final fantasy. It then grew on me and is one of my favorite games. It's a classic
The boxed Virtual Boy! Jesus christ! I had a solder fixed VB with 13games, of which Waterworld! Had to sell it between two job! I still flagelate myself over it! Barely made 600$Canadian for the whole deal =( Oh damn... The more i look the more it hurts... Golden Sun 1 & 2 AND FFV CIB... I also had Wario Ware Minigame Inc. and Wario Ware Twisted CIB... Sold during the same period... This video hurts!

@RadJunk It's crazy that even to this day, it is still considered one of the top fighting games of all time. Many imitators but no duplicators, even from Capcom & Marvel themselves. I still say that it was because of the cast of characters for that game specifically.

Mmm Rainbows Islands would be where I would be starting with from that incredible haul. Rygar and Bomberman too. Bubble Bobble was one of favorite games in arcades, and on Amiga. If don't remember the theme music, don't search for it, it's one of the most earworming themes in history. That you hadn't played Secret of Mana until recently, is both shocking and cool to get started on. It was our go to game of the era to play after school with 3 players while chilling and not playing beat'em'ups. I shudder to think what sort of dollars a haul like that is going for in trade-ins, but they kept it really full of outstanding titles in what looks to be really good condition.
This video shows why I could never run a video game store...I would just want to keep so much of that stuff for myself. My favorites that were there...I LOVED the Xenosaga games, so seeing all 3 got me. Dating myself, but this video reminded me how much I LOVED Rygar for the NES when I was young. But the 'Holy Grail'...I believe I saw a boxed copy of Chrono Trigger for the SNES in that box. CT is easily my favorite game of all time, and while I have copies of it, I don't have boxed SNES copy. If that copy was in good shape, I would hand you guys way too much money to take it home.

As much as I hate to admit it as a married 37yo man, that PS2 collection alone would completely kill the adult in me and not leave the house for a decade, PS2 RPGs is peak gaming
@@kitbiggz6135 - If this store was within an hour drive, I would go every weekend buying some of my favorites (assuming they have competitive prices). You may be right about some of the “bad” or obscure games but they have a lot of very nicely maintained classics that will fly off the shelves guaranteed.
Holy shit his SNES CIB collection is giving me a massive rager. Mostly his megaman x/3 because megaman X 1-3 are some of my favorite games of all time.

Omg tactics ogre is amazing game and one of biggest regrets trading in. The others were final fantasy tactics, chrono trigger and secrets of mana.

If you get any OG Xboxes I enjoy fixing them, I can fix HDD failure Error 7, trace rot, Capacitor replacement, ETC..
