Love it man this is so sweet. Glad you made a video out of it. My problem is I’m trying to grow my PlayStation collection but had a Lego phase a few months back and went crazy plus now I find myself slowly becoming a sneaker head hahaha
That is one great collection. This has inspired me to go and check how much mine is worth, using pricecharts cuz I'm cheap. Colour me shocked. Unassumingly sitting there in my shelf was a game worth about $680. Not kidding, a CIB Gabriel Knight multimedia edition, the pyramid box. Had it for 30 years, bought at retail back in the day. Not in my wildest dreams I would have thought it was worth that much. It was like one of those reality shows where someone finds a treasure in the attic or something. Going to get an acrylic case for it now. The end value of my collection was far higher that I had ever imagined. Thanks so much for the inspiration and keep up the great content.
I think a useful way to view the final figure here is not to consider it as 'what the collection is worth' but more 'what the collection would cost to buy or replace '.

This was a perfect guidance/inspiring share that I ended up getting your recommended clz app with annual subscription. Scanning with bar codes is such a fantastic convenience. GAMEYE is hands down the best collecting app on the market. CLZ had to make some changes to try and be as good as GE and yet still charge people for the basic stuff. GE is FREE... can't argue with the price. And I believe you can imports your CLZ list into GE. Jak IV shows up in GE as $124 for CIB and $161 for sealed. GE has cart scanning so you can breeze through NES, SNES, Genesis, GB, GBA, GBC by just having the app look at the cart label (if not CIB).
I really enjoyed seeing the value of your amazing video game collection Ryan! I have PS1 games being some major classics. The PS2 games reign though. I just got a PS5 disc version in November and I am working on my PS4 and PS5 collection now. I prefer the physicals of games unless too good of a deal digitally and its been a game I would like to add to my library that makes more sense to buy the digital version of. I will be downloading that app and looking forward to seeing my total value of my games!
Been using Gameye for awhile to track my collection. Love the app and it even gives a monetary value. I'm sure it's estimated but if you're honest about condition I figure it's probably pretty close. I have found that a few games didn't have specific editions/versions to my collection but as long as it's tracked, I'm fine with that. It's an issue that I figure most apps of this nature probably have.
I did this recently with price charting. Slightly harder to add since there isn't a scan option, but, I liked it better, you can add details of what's included/missing and different versions or regions
Seeing all those PS3 games brought back nostalgic memories of my high school days. I wish it were the early 2010s again. Mainstream music charts were far better than in current year. It was largely dance and party music Vs Billie Ellish-esque mumble singing we have today
Great video. I use CLZ Games as well....I paid 20.00 to upgrade... I also use CLZ for my fighting adventure books and comic collection, CLZ Music for my girlfriend's Music collection and CLZ Movies for my Blu-ray Collection. I like that I can see my collection when I'm out buying more for my wall... since I have 1218 games total, it's very nice to see prices and condition when I'm trying to upgrade. My most prized game is Psychic Killer Taromaru for the Sega Saturn. Unfortunately it's only case and Disc, but was able to purchase it for cheap when Blockbuster went out of business many years ago and they were selling all their games. Definitely great apps to use. Very easy.... has a few glitches on certain games... but would definitely recommend.
Reason why I feel bad to all these people buying digital nonsense their library is worth absolutely not 1 red cents and one day you never know anything can happen you loose everything and need extra cash we loose the internet for months or you just want to pop in an game and play it with no headaches! I can't stress enough how so many are throwing away their money on digital crap . I had my collection appraised 3 years back and it's worth about 103k if I had bought digital all these years if you could back then it be worth absolutely nothing but the cost the console it's on . So I have a very good chunk of change if I ever needed it or if my kids needed it one day . Be smart folks don't give into digital because it's easy get your ass out and buy your games physically! 👍💯✌️. Beutiful collection btw I have to keep half of mine in the attic because it's a lot and I mean a lot lol .

I personally use Gameye to track my collection and I've had a really good experience using it. It works almost exactly like CLZ but it's free and doesn't require a subscription
The Metroid Prime Hunters price at 23:40 is actually deceiving because that version is worth more than the price shown, the reason it's lower on price charting is because of the people who sell Metroid Prime Hunters First Hunt as the regular game messes with that price.
Man Mystic has a baller collection, that's for sure. Wonder if he'll try to collect for the Wii U, cause man that's starting to get a bit pricey same with 3DS and Vita.
Very nice and I just used that app to catalog my movies, I am at 605 movies as I chose to collect movies on physical rather than games but awesome collection.
Those pricing apps / Pricecharting is fun to mess around with, but I'd say they are only about 60% accurate. They don't accurately track Greatest Hits/Platinum type versions very well. Different regions are fine with GameEye/Pricecharting on almost every system now. It also doesn't always know the difference between real games, and things like magnets, posters, games with reprinted stickers, repros, and auctions where the seller took a lower offer. Not to mention the condition. Speaking of my collection, personally, most of my games are 100% mint. I never bought game from a flea market or used game section. I bought probably 95% of them as brand new at the time when they were still new releases, going back to the ColecoVision.
I never once thought that I owned more games than you, not counting whatever you have in your backroom. A goal of mine has been to have a collection like yours and well, cool, guess I'm done. You have more collector's stuff though
Where you really get into the big money is with factory sealed GB/GBA, NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, and CIB AES.. prices have gone nuts on those since 2010.

I love the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon shirt, Ryan!!!
i would love to see your complete collection for each consoles. The shelf of games will never be as good as mine lol
Man Mystic has a baller collection, that's for sure. Wonder if he'll try to collect for the Wii U, cause man that's starting to get a bit pricey same with 3DS and Vita.
You know mess needs to be cleaned and organised when you start to remember the order of the mess
That is awesome bro love the collection
I never once thought that I owned more games than you, not counting whatever you have in your backroom. A goal of mine has been to have a collection like yours and well, cool, guess I'm done. You have more collector's stuff though
Where you really get into the big money is with factory sealed GB/GBA, NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, and CIB AES.. prices have gone nuts on those since 2010.
I got the Sushi variant of Wattam too! Such a great simple game. Great video!
So funny literally baught that mgs long box today. Wow that funny never knew it existed till the night before. Glad I picked it up.
Just started using CLZ games about a month ago, and love it. Also use CLZ movies for movies, anime, and box sets.
