      All the way from Norway and how technology brings us all, the world close... truly a blessing. Much appreciated, thank you!

    You vary the speed of your swing. Variation teaches us to vary things, whether grip tension, swing path, or swing speed. 😃

      Variation w/ a foundation is creativity and at the same time, proper variation prevents injuries.

    Love ❤️ the warm up with the wedge in slow motion. I will incorporate this move into my next practice session.

    Your disciplined practice was inspiring. I know what I'm supposed to do I just need more self control.

      You are so far ahead of the game to have written this. To know where you want to go with the self awareness of where you are at is in itself a huge stepping stone.

    Hi Jun, I’m really enjoying this video. You’ve described several things that I’m experiencing. One problem in particular is every club I hit seems to go about the same distance. Very frustrating as you’ve alluded to.

      It seems you have fallen into many gimmicky golf tip rabbit holes and you are far from being alone. Continue to watch other talks that I will have and it will start to weed out the bad movements so that you can eventually start focusing on what truly matters. You will get through it.

    Going slow helps me make sure my head moves forward through impact .....this enabled me to hit power fade.....I aim down left side and cut to center of fairway....old school...lol

    I'm working on perfecting the club twirl she performs before selecting each practice ball.

    • @JunsGolf
      @JunsGolf  15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    This applies to me because when l hit balls to the net and l get it hitting the ball solid then rather than keeping that good tempo l just increase the speed of course because it feels good to smack the bee gees out of the ball rather than ingraining that good tempo. Getting there.

    • @JunsGolf
      @JunsGolf  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Haha, this is great. It's good to be aware of how your practice is going and then to know that it has taken a turn. Keep in mind that a good swing, speeds up on its own so if it feels fast without the try, let it continue with that speed. If the speed is too much try, for sure scale back on the try :).

      I teach both online live lessons where you would use your phone and tripod to take to the range or in your living space or backyard.
      Another method which I recommend is The One Swing Membership that I have on my website, Junsgolf.com .
      You will find videos there with various categories of the proper fundamentals, to putting, short game, course management, etc. Next week, I will be uploading an In-Home lesson video to get you prepared as I continue to upload videos to follow along with me as I explain the movements that you can repeat at home so you can take with you, the learned movements to the range and practice. It will be a fun and informative, interactive way to learn and experience proper fundamentals.
      It would benefit you to get familiar with the movements through the membership and if you feel you need additional live lessons, then we can schedule for that.
      Thanks and looking forward to getting you on the right path to great golf and life!

    You don’t compress the ball with your irons- is there a reason for that?

    • @JunsGolf
      @JunsGolf  วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      If I didn't compress the ball w/ irons, I wouldn't be able to hit a high draw and create a sound pattern like that -- plus a good amount of distance. Digging into the golf ball and ground or (de-lofting the clubface) can be deceivingly powerful looking; however, using the actual loft of the club w/ bacon strip divots or none at all add not only more precision but also a way to relieve the body of a steeper angle through impact.

    • @JunsGolf

      After having witnessed and practiced on mats with top golfers and athletes, to elite junior golfers to the best collegiate golfers all over the world to the tens of thousands of golf lessons given on both mats and turf, I debunked the common theoretical and conceptual ideas about golf mats. They are not out to get anyone and won't injure you unless you have a bad swing motion and angle of attack.

      Noticing many viewers from all over the world so they can all learn the intricate meanings of the word waffle. Now I'm craving waffles ... wheres that batter?
      haha, we can agree to disagree my friend.
