Hi Amy. Thanks for all the great videos. I tried this exercise when I was in a rude funk, and three pages later (!) I feel so blissed out and happy, I just had to let you know. I went from impatient and frustrated to playful and relaxed in about twenty minutes. Genius!
I love this! These seem so easy and doable. I have tried other processes, like the focus wheel and I struggle with staying focused on the positive. Today, I did a lot of allowing of resistant thoughts and I am feeling so amazing right now. That process works! It is the best way to release resistance for me. I also practiced manifesting. Last night, I asked to see a black butterfly. I am a second grade teacher and butterflies kept popping up all over the place today. In the story we read, a picture one of my kiddos made me, and then we watched a video clip that just happened to have butterflies in it! Amazing! I am trying to manifest an sp and after today, and feeling so great, I know that with or without him, I am going to be happy and fulfilled with myself. I don’t even care right now if the commitment from him I so desired just yesterday happens. I do want to try these processes though, just for the fun of it! Thank you so much Amy! I feel mucho appreciation for finding your videos!

And for the manifestations that already happened it's a beautiful reminder of your success. I think I am gonna try this. I like beans and the plants also make beautiful blooms in many coulers. Maybe I'll also use some other seeds to have a greater variety of plants on my terrace... :) I recently realised, that a lot of the resistance I have to things that I really wish for, comes from an unfortunate connection to negative feelings, because of my experience of the two together. Like when I think of love, the feeling of suffering and unworthyness automatically is triggered with it, because I made the experience that the love that I gave was not mutually given back to me. And due to this connection I can't open up to recieving it, because I fear to be hurt again. - So if any of you is wondering why they put so much love and positivity out there and it doesn't come back, a blockage in resieving might be the problem. So I made a list of things/feelings and the connections I have to them. Now my next step is to find possibilities/pictures in my head of what the things that I want could look like without these negative connections. But since I feel that it's hard for me to jump from "I am not worth it and whatever I do, I won't get it anyway" to "I am totally worthy and open to recieve the perfect version of my desire" I try to make baby steps and ask my inner voice "What are you open to recieving right now?" Maybe I don't feel open to the possibility, that someone who hurt me a lot and was emotionally unavailable, will suddendly understand everything, apologise and propose to me, because I can't imagine this is possible or I still feel to hurt to recieve it; but maybe I feel open to him buying me a coffee or whatever smaller nice gesture. I am so glad I found like minded and supportive people here! :) I wish the best to whoever reads this! :)

I find writing it down works best for me, that way i can really specific and visualize. That way, the scene i picture remains consistent unless i want to change it and then i just re-write it. Thinking up something on the fly tends to be like trying to read a book on a very windy day, i see a few things but have trouble focusing because the images keep changing. That's something for me to work on next! ;)
One thing I noticed, was that the picture in the frame - of the round baby face with spike on top of head and two other spikes for feet - reminds me of the Eiffel Tower on the coin and the coin itself! Dunno if that was just me or it was deliberately put there for synchronicity? HAHA!
Dear Amy, I love this video because it is totally practical. So, thank you for that. I am quite a powerful creator already (I am really good with lids :)) and just tweaking a few things. I wanted to ask you how I could positively state to have a bug free home. I recently had it de-bugged, but occasionally an image flashes of one in my mind and sure enough I find one in physicality a couple of seconds later (alas just a tiny baby now, so I guess an improvement). What would be a positively stated affirmation for my situation please?
I'd prefer to actually get rid off the part of the paper with the don't want list just to focus solely on the want list and leave aside anything that can generate negative feelings. Also would love to hear more about the story with the eyebags! ;)

Great observation! The techniques in this video are mostly for the first step in manifesting, which is getting clarity about the desire. Often if you ask people "what do you want?" they will respond by saying, "I don't want this or that." Once clarity of desire is accomplished THEN someone can do the other manifesting steps like belief work and envisioning and feeling like they already "have" it. In some cases though, doing these techniques may be enough for manifestation if the only issue the person was having was accidentally focusing on something they didn't want. Ultimately, it's the feeling that matters, not so much the words and if shifting from "I don't want to wait in this long line" to "I want to be in the fast line," feels even slightly better then it's a win-win :) (Win-win because clarity of desire was accomplished and the feeling shift indicated the vibration changed).
I am not sure about the beans, the part we you say what you dont want, because you say it therefore you focus on it and give it power. The universe wouldnt know which statement is bad, vibes just attract vibes...
That's up to you. I wait until the jar is half full or the beans look a little old :) But if you want to do it once a week or once a month, that's fine too.
I'm confused...can I manifest something just by accepting it is not the way I want it to be and not focus on how I want it to be, or it's imperative that I focus on what I want? sorry Amy but I just CAN'T feel good when I think about what I want... and it's been a long time I've been trying but I can't :(
+Fernando Gomes dos Santos Since we naturally manifest all the time anything is possible so it could manifest that way, however, that wouldn't fall into a deliberate manifesting method. So it's not imperative that you focus on your desire, but it is important that you don't continue focusing on it's opposite. The unwanted feeling you DO have is indicating something is not aligned with your desire. Double check if it's a don't want, a how, a belief, etc. If you can't feel good when you think about what you want then you are not a match to it yet and it is unlikely it will manifest whether you stand on your head, accept what it or anything else. However, it really depends on WHY you feel bad. The three main reasons I have found that people feel bad when they think about their desire is because; 1. They are thinking about it's absence instead, the don't want, and they don't realize it (the don't want to want list will clarify this) 2. They are thinking about a "how" instead of what they really want, like focusing on money because they think they need it to travel around the world when really what they want is to travel 3. They have a limiting, contradictory belief that says they will not, cannot, should not, etc have their desire because... (fill in the blank). See if one of those is why you don't feel good when you think about what you want.

I entered a contest that was giving free tickets for it...and I REALLY wanted to see that concert. But I didn't BELIEVE I was going to get it. When I went to see the results I was disappointed in advance because I knew I hadn't won. But guess what? I got it... I manifested it because I focused on me watching the concert (on what I wanted) in spite of not believing it Amy??

Belief that it WILL happen is not necessary, just belief that it CAN happen. Focus on a clear desired end result is more important than belief it will happen. You only need belief it's possible and can happen. It seems (based on what you wrote) your disappointments were about "hows." The money and the contest. You can be disappointed about "hows" and still get what you want, because it's alignment with the end result desire that matters - being at the concert, not how you got there.

i already did my don't want/ want and desire list and i feel neutral and peaceful , is that normal or should i feel good?
