I think we should normalize liking a sport and at the same time feeling attraction for the players, it's not like women should watch women play and men should watch men play, we aren't in the 60s anymore. its called a "routine" if you practive it often enough your brain and body will react accordingly, putting you both mentally and physicly into the right mindset for the task. You can varrie them too. like "tugging shorts" might be a jump serve "kicking both feet once to the floor" is a floater. I lucked out on playing volleyball on the account of being old and physicly done but I have my routines for sleeping. Stretch out my legs once im in bed, doesnt work 100% but close to 90
