The horse running is the first ever filmed footage, television came a few decades later and it genuinely was Stooky Bill and John Logie Baird really was the first person to demonstrate television and later invented colour television.
Stooky Bill was actually the first image seen on tv, so that part is factually correct.

I do not think we will be seeing David Tennant again, at least for a long time - In retrospect, this episode seems to be a finale to the entire run from 2005-2023 (aka modern Who as we know it) and so I think they will look to get mostly onto a different footing from now on maybe?

You can see him doing so clearly in the later family scene; two shirts. 15 still running around his Tardis in undies and open shirt, because he doesn't give a F... All out and proud. Love it.

Great episode but i didnt like the bigeneration David should had changed into Ncuti now granted it's great for the Tennant fans that Tennant got his happy ending but i'd be more than ok if we don't see him again because David's had his time and now i'm more than ready for Ncuti's time.
