That is amazing! It sounds like someone is playing a synth along with the guitar. All that sound coming just from the guitar is the definition of sound on sound. Amazing.
Hey guys! I currently own the Space and Pitchfactor stompboxes and, after watching this, am thinking of switching out my delay pedal for the Timefactor and picking up a Modfactor as well to combine them via MIDI for the "Voltron" effect. The possibility of combining the four into one synergistic unit is very cool to say the least. Could you guys put out a video going a little more into depth into this aspect please? I, and am sure, many others would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
when you talk about the tap tempo, you can change the time of a present that is already save on the stompboxes, or just change when you have in live mode the pedals ???
You guys should make a user friendly Eventide midi cables to put two your pedals as close as possible to each other! Give me a few bucks for the moneymaking idea for Eventide btw ;-)
Hi. great tutorial . I have a questions . I am calling presets of Mod and Time factor with a midi buddy pedal , so I want to call presets but with pedal position in Off ,How can I do these ?? Because when I call presets the two pedals are calling in ¨ON¨ . Calling presets in OFF position is possible ?? Thanks
Hello sir, I have a space and a pitch factor, is there anyway i can control 2 eventide boxes simultaniouly with a expression pelal, being separated by other pedals in the pedal chain?
It can, and you're missing the point. AxeFX is a studio and rack component, not a stompbox. Use a stompbox live on stage and you keep control, you make changes while playing. Use a rack effect onstage and you need a tech to change it or else you stop playing, go backstage and change yourself. Stomps and racks are 2 completely different applications. If you only do studio work, then racks are fine.
You are kinda missing the point. It's just a basic demo of the pedals. There are so many presets in there it would be almost impossible to cover them all. Also, Mr. David Kilminster actually uses some if not all these Eventide pedals. He's just demoing the fact that if artists were willing to post their presets online, you can actually download them into the pedals. Just means anyone, including artists, can share their wonderful presets with every Eventide pedal owner if they choose so...
you might as well Buy a chorus pedal. i didn't hear much difference with the Black hole setting, but heard the difference with the pitch factor. He didn't preview/ show us other sounds. he just played some pink Floyd. ive seen Better Demos, i do like the Pink Floyd sound on - on the wall, BUT why mimick someone els's Sound?
save money and just purchase an axe fx. more bang for your buck. Eventide needs to get their act together and combine all of these boxes into one multi fx box at a decent price.
You should only mimick if you're interested in covering their songs. Otherwise, you can always make up your own interpretation. Or, just come up with something "original"... but then again, there's not much originality out there.
Damn, I just wanted to grab Alan's guitar... and shorten his damn strap!!! Seriously, you shouldn't have to contort your body to make your fingers reach the strings. Stop trying to look cool with your guitar around your knees and just play the thing!

Great Lesson!!! I love it!!! Thank you guys!!!
Sorry...I just discovered all the midi related videos on the eventide website. Very helpfull! Thank you!
I have the space and timefactor. Wanting to get either the modfactor and pitchfactor. I use them with synths. They're pretty awesome for synth too.
I love the closing part you played at the end so beautiful =D
wow i didnt know how rack works man... i was thinking about it last night... but thanks to point it out!
I thought the same... and then listened again carefully. Provides power up to three... and four more.
Nice. Is there a link to download the Kilminster patches? I've got the TF & MF and would love to check 'em out. Thanks!

In which order were those Eventide Pedals connected? PF > TF > MF > SPC?
Very nice job!

Eventide Stompboxes
"and this one is for the ladies" lmfao
They must be reading the script off of a screen or something because of the short pauses. Example: 5:15
Anyone have Idea how to make combination Preset? 3:20
The 4th box was a bit much. Stop at 3 of them was pretty cool. :-)
Very very nice indeed, over £1500 for this set up though!!!
5:53 0.o Now I must own a Timefactor.... Damn! My wife isn't going to be happy.
These pedals are all around $500 new, so it's about the same cost XD
Best guitarist I've known use a good guitar a cord and an good amp ...no pedals ?

GLITTERVERB!
now I just have to come up with $1,800
Sounds like something from Super Mario Galaxy
damn -_-
Axe FX could nail those effects!~
Really? How about you watch it and just say "Check this out" every time he plays anything. Then it should feel just like Paul.
lol would have been a really hairy girl !!!
VERY FIRST :D
this is too way expensive man and might not be worth it... Axe Fx could be better!!!

Where is Paul? You're boring, bring Paul from GuitarWorld back.
Damn, I just wanted to grab Alan's guitar... and shorten his damn strap!!! Seriously, you shouldn't have to contort your body to make your fingers reach the strings. Stop trying to look cool with your guitar around your knees and just play the thing!
I thought that was a girl
Very cool
