Absolutely right brother. I was 6 years Marine Corps. 5 years Army, and the difference was night and day. Put it like this, I was in shock my first day in the army. If there was only one word I can think of it would be NASTY. Leadership in both branches however is about the same , stupid cliques and ass kissers get to the front of the line. I was never an ass kisser, got a combat promotion to Corporal in 2006 in Iraq but that’s as far as I made it.
