I live in Mcr, a few years ago on Deansgate i heard someone behind me clearing their throat really loudly and spitting on the floor.
I turned round and it was Shaun, my feelings went from disgust to ' hey there's one of my hero's!

Absolutely no characters like these in popular music, hasn't been for a long long while. I remember bumping into Sean as he was just shadily hanging about in an ex army navy shop doorway in Manchester circa 1992. I remember my enthusiasm, 'what ya upto Sean'?, Sean-'aye just hanging out here for a bit', in a doorway in the middle of Manchester....... alone. Weird, but everythjng you'd expect. Legends.
These two are a great trip back to good times and great music.Its like a night out with the lads back in late 80s early 90s.🚧🚧🙂

I love this and can watch these 2 geezers all day, but why do we never see any of the other Monday’s or Black Grape members in recent interviews?
I have a ton of respect for Paul’s amazing bass work, and Paul’s keys and Mark’s guitar work were effin phenomenal. I remember listening to Pills, thrills and bellyaches over and over again when I lived in Holland and it was that amazing guitar riff and keyboard line in Donovan that really hooked me on the band.
Donovan is expertly written. There’s nothing else like it!!!

You're right but don't you think that's how their relationship is? I get the impression that they have known each other so long and have been so much they are very comfortable with each other despite what it looks like to us :-)

Got to meet Bez when you played in Melbourne, Australia before the show at the Forum in March 2019. Bez was so easy to talk to. I reckon I was the was practically the only true Ozzie in the line as I was surrounded by Northerners!
Brilliant show and makes the episodes makes me smile as we in Melbourne are just coming out of lockdown after so many months.
