The Bronco is looking great , as always your attention to detail is A + . The Ranger is getting close to being done . You are a Master Mechanic and a excellent Editor .I look forward to viewing your channel , Thank You for all your hard work and the funny innuendos
My order was finally submitted and confirmed 😁 went with a 2 door black diamond with Sasquatch package, originally went with the manual, but unfortunately its not being offered this year 😢 lol. Can’t wait to pick mine up
Sarah you never cease to amaze me with how resourceful you are when communing with your vehicles. Thanks for another great video and I am looking forward to the next one! 👍💖
It's about damned time a company like Bilstein stepped up with a bit of sponsorship for Sarah -n- Tuned🏁 First Impression(s) Reaction isn't stupid, it's one of the (several) reasons I enjoy watching all of your videos...
As usual Sarah your attention to detail is beyond reproach, and some of your innuendos are crazy funny. The rubber butt-plug was almost too much for you not to crack yourself up! But for me it meant coffee blew from nostrils and lot's of cleaning up, but so worth it. Thanks for bringing your attention to detail into our lives as it's a whole ton brighter with you in it.
After having used spring compressors to change out the front coils on my 4Runner, I wince in terror every time I see someone do it on TH-cam. Maybe it's just me, but the entire time I worked on those things I imagined the clamp coming off, ripping my face off and leaving it on the ceiling.
12:09 Sarah trying to sneak in "rubber butt plug" like we wouldn't even notice ;) lol 12:50.... I guess I should have waited to comment to see that "butt plug" would be a continuing theme, lol
My "old" F150 had the exact same front IFS set up. I didn't think of dropping the lca when I changed the struts though. On mine, I pulled the sway bar links and popped the upper ball joint off the knuckle, which gave enough room to pop the strut out of the saddle in the lca. In hindsight, this way may be easier next time I do that 😊
The Bronco is looking amazing!! Thanks for making a crazy day enjoyable as you always do, and a huge CONGRATULATIONS on the Bilstein sponsorship!!!! 🥳🍻🤗 that is much deserved!
I am waiting for my BD Bronco and love your videos. Please think about installing front mudguards before you take it off road and spray mud and rocks all over your doors. Also look at the broncobuster tie rod clamp to strengthen the weakish tie rod that is under even more stress with the Sasquatch package.
I really like the new Bronco, glad they sculpted it after the EB and happy to see you got a two door. As a kid I saw so many of them and my favourite was an orange one with the truck cab, even as useless as it was lol! Also excited that they brought back a manual transmission! Now if Ford would only add that option to the 2.7 twin turbo.
I ordered a black diamond 4 door manual, imma do this same shock and spring combo!!! More or less exactly what I was researching to do and you got the right combo perfect! Imma copy, pasta this! Thank you very much! Vids are great as usual!
what's so great is how much you value and prioritize design in every decision, colors, detailing, your shop , you, graphics, video and comments ...from one "youtube people" you're by far the best!!
I plan on getting my own Bronco, but waited until you got yours for some ideas. Thanks, for the "attention to detail," and tech advise. Now I have an idea, how I want to "kit mine out!"
Really like what you are doing with the Bronco. I kind of hope that before you go off road, you get some aggressive mudflaps on it. So many Bronco owners are talking about how mud and rocks are getting thrown up onto the side; even all the way up the doors.
The low control arm is at a greater angle when on the hoist because the strut is longer. The spring doesn't come into effect until you put a load on it which is why it sits higher once on the ground.
Hi Sara I'm not there and cannot overlook removal but why did you not disconnect the lowered ball joint nut to allow the lower control arm to swing down instead or unbolting the lower control arm? Too much more items to disconnect? Thanks love your vids
Getting close to 500k. You've deserved that achievement for quite a while now. More people need to catch on to the Sarah whole goodness: a mix of humor, quirky personality, periodic humble self depreciation, intelligence, and the occasionally playful dirty mind.. Keep being you. Love the videos. Look forward to the next one.
Yes, I did enjoy this video and the Bronco looks amazing. The lift makes it look perfect, you’ve done some proper upgrades to it. I’m looking forward to the off-road review.
I love your attention to detail and your technique, Those plastic rivets with the Philips screw centers are easier to remove when you pry them up with the tip of a razor knife. That keeps tension on it, so that the main body doesn't turn in the hole. When replacing them, there is no need to use a screwdriver to install them. They are installed like any others without the Philip screw head by just pushing them in. You need to use a crowfoot on your torque wrench to get to that inaccessible bolt reducing the torque value to compensate for the extended lever arm. Best regards from a retired aerospace engineer,
I get so nervous compressing springs to change a strut. Last year a compressor broke and I got hit in the face with the upper strut mount. Had to get about 25 stitches in my bottom lip. Went clear through my lip in fact.
I am very very seriously considering/working towards ordering a 4-door black diamond in the eruption green or hot red pepper metallic ideally!! There is no one else I would have rather have gotten a Bronco! I really appreciate your taste in the direction you take your cars and this is my favorite series of yours right now. The old ranger is likely second!
If you have a rubber bushing on a suspension pivot, always torque when the vehicle weight is on the tires. On some vehicles it makes a huge difference.
This might be off topic, but have you stepped back and looked at your videos? They are so well done, incredibly well thought out, great content that’s informative and entertaining, and better than what “TV” programs do with complete staffs. And you do it all alone!!! I (we) really enjoy everything you do, and appreciate the level of effort that goes into all of this. Thanks
Hi Sarah! Very nice video, as usual! Where is the information in the Bilstein Shocks and the Sasquach springs? is it all one package or springs purchased directly from Ford?? Thanks!
.....Wow! If Ford were smart, they would sell a unit Exactly like yours, called the Sarah n Tuned Bronco....I want one....you have the best looking Bronco in the country. They could pay U a thousand bucks for each one sold. Would come with a dvd of you showing off.
It looks better every time I see this beast! My inner sound deadener nerd was wishing you had sprayed some second skin Specteum while you had the fenders and struts pulled lol.
I love the Bronco, the shock selection and I get the 7-level reference. I retired from the the Air Force in 2015.
kind of amazing that that little snap washer takes the same load as the big bottom bolt!
I’ve been running Bilsteins for years. They definitely improve ride quality over stock for all my trucks
Had not thought about the engineering thoughts involved with what seem like stupid manners of installing hardware. That was a great observation.

Welcome to the gun show! Your so rad. Fun to watch you work!
Awesome Sarah. Your Bronco is looking bad-ass!
That bronco sure looks sweet. I really like what you've done to it
Ha! I like the 7 level reference, I was in the Air Force too.
Great work! Actually ... great authentic, beautiful work!
Loved the 7-level pop up….haven’t seen that reference in years…hilarious!
Not only are you an incredible mechanic
I totally enjoy creative comments.
I help build up the rear struts. The new ones you purchased look great. Even better then the factory ones. Thank you for your support.
So nice doing these mods on a new vehicle, no dirt no mud no rust to deal with ! 😎
Impressed with your knowledge, wit, and humor. Glad I tuned in. Are you happy with the Bilsteins? I was thinking Fox 2.0s...
The 4 frame video edit when you were doing the second rear shock on the bench was brilliant and lovely.

The stance looks great. Those wheels look amazing.

i feel the same way...
Your editing and production skills are amazing, you hit this one out of the park! Nice content as well!
I’m an old bush mechanic, even I can appreciate your editing.loved the four screen
Thingie.Big fan of the bronco.
😎👍🍺🇦🇺
Looks sharp! Kudos to Bilstein for recognizing a quality creator too. 👍️
Thank you Bilstein and thank you Sarah for your humor and another great video!
Always a fun time hanging out in the garage with Sarah. Great job on the Bronco.
the bronco is literally perfect
Looks great Sarah, I like the "soft" touches your doing on the Bronco, nothing radical or harsh. Your giving it just the right touches.
Your enthusiasm knows no bounds Sarah, your definitely becoming more entertaining as your getting older😉
12:09 Sarah trying to sneak in "rubber butt plug" like we wouldn't even notice ;) lol
12:50.... I guess I should have waited to comment to see that "butt plug" would be a continuing theme, lol
QUEEN got it right Your in LOVE with your cars you got a feel for your automobiles. "QUEEN A Night at the Opera"
Get a grip on my boy racer roll bar, feel the thrill when the radials squeal...from memory not Google.😀
Always a pleasure watching Sarah's videos...and these edits are on another level now too!
You can never go wrong with Bilstein suspensions 🤙🏾

Exactly the video I was looking for! Where'd you pick up the Sasquatch springs?
The Bronco is looking amazing!! Thanks for making a crazy day enjoyable as you always do, and a huge CONGRATULATIONS on the Bilstein sponsorship!!!! 🥳🍻🤗 that is much deserved!
So happy to hear Bilstein reached out to you to sponsor the upgrade. You’ve earned it.
Just had Bilstein’s fitted to my VW transporter, fantastic upgrade.
It's not guestimation Sarah, in the Navy that is an approved form of torquing components called calibrated arm! 😊
Tasteful upgrades for sure. So nice working on new vehicles vs old junkers 😉
LOL, the 7 Level reference got me chuckling and a flash back to my days as a crypto tech in Germany.

Damn… I’m out of accolades for the Sarah-n-Tuned experience. Great video! Thanks. 👍👍👍
Absolutely love the look with lift on the Bronco
I find your channel very informative & interesting! You’re awesome at what you do , really loving your work on the Bronco! 👏

Great video to watch. Thanks for the work you do. The bronco looks awesome
That color looks great on the Bronco, especially on the two door.
Commenting for the algorithm, so great that you got sponsored for this!
You are truly amazing!
Nice tidy job! Love the lifted look with those big-ass tyres.
Really like what you are doing with the Bronco.
I kind of hope that before you go off road, you get some aggressive mudflaps on it. So many Bronco owners are talking about how mud and rocks are getting thrown up onto the side; even all the way up the doors.
Very nice subtle upgrades it is not Overkill they should have you build the accessories on their broncos in the future for the factory
The low control arm is at a greater angle when on the hoist because the strut is longer. The spring doesn't come into effect until you put a load on it which is why it sits higher once on the ground.
Hardest working person on TH-cam - hands down. 💪 (I love work. I could watch it all day.)
Hi Sara I'm not there and cannot overlook removal but why did you not disconnect the lowered ball joint nut to allow the lower control arm to swing down instead or unbolting the lower control arm? Too much more items to disconnect?

Great work Sarah!
Love your videos!
(So informative, and an eye to detail!)

I wasn't too sure about the new wheels at first over the steelies, but the Bronc is looking pretty rad. 👍
Very tasteful, very exacting as always. Nothing over the top. Excellent.
Yes, I did enjoy this video and the Bronco looks amazing. The lift makes it look perfect, you’ve done some proper upgrades to it. I’m looking forward to the off-road review.
Very nice! Do you happen to have a link to the Bilstein shocks you used?
Love the wheels! Mind me asking what kind they are?
Sarah "because some people don't take care of their car like their supposed to" looking me right in the eye
I think it would look great with some side steppers👍🏼 great job Sarah!!
Anyway you could provide the part number on Sasquatch springs?
I love your attention to detail and your technique,

One of my biggest fears
@@RazoE It wasn't fun, but it also wasn't as bad as it could have been. People get killed by such injuries.
😳
hope you're on the mend
@@mostcom I have healed up fine thanks! It was last June when it happened.
Freaking stellar. A+++ on editing this one, totally cool.
Your bronco is awesome I love what you’re doing with it

Check out the RokBlokz mud flaps for the bronco.
Damn Sarah! That's looking great!
Any links for specs for these shocks? Or where they can be purchased? Can't find them anywhere.
awesome..wish they will bring that type of bronco to Puerto Rico.
Awesome video keep up the gr8 content. Can't wait to see the Bronco go off roading.
Waiting for my videos on the bronco from you. Love your stuff.
I saved this for a relaxing Saturday morning, THANKS!
Another (steak, squeak) awesome Sarah n Tuned video. Always informative, very well done and entertaining.

Cool upgrade ! Thanks for saying "Anti-Sway Bar" instead of "Sway Bar" like most people would say !
I think you can use crows foot on torque wrench to torque these bolts
I have a big bend, non-sasquatch. Will these work for mine as well? I'm assuming i would need to purchase the sasquatch springs too.

Loved this - and it's amazing the difference an extra inch and a half makes..............
Great stuff Bilstein sponsoring Poke's new bits Yeah those plastic screw doodles are a pain when they're old and grimy.
Hi Sarah! Very nice video, as usual! Where is the information in the Bilstein Shocks and the Sasquach springs? is it all one package or springs purchased directly from Ford?? Thanks!
thanks for the tip with the butt plug. didn't know that. now i only need a bronco, a garage and tools.
.....Wow! If Ford were smart, they would sell a unit Exactly like yours, called the Sarah n Tuned Bronco....I want one....you have the best looking Bronco in the country. They could pay U a thousand bucks for each one sold. Would come with a dvd of you showing off.

I like those spring compressors. More compact than the set I have.
Why didn’t you use the impact to take the wheels off?
The Bronco is something I would get here in NYC (lots of potholes). Tedious process for changing those springs n shocks, but well worth it I see.
Great link! I learned to leave the noperope alone and only interact with erudite booknoodles. ;)
Sarah, you should do a video about how you wind up as clean in the end as you were in the start of a job!
Perfect build with small touches and details.
