My wife and I have been going to Pilar for close to 20yrs now when back in the day it was a sand path all the way to the restaurant. This is by far one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to in not only Cuba but Dominican , Jamaica and Mexico.
We've been to all those countries as well and agree that this is definitely one of the best beaches that we've been on too. The sand was top notch and that water color was beautiful!
🤣 if we would have played the next 2 min of the video, I also stopped and took another picture for some people. People genuinely seem to appreciate it. One lady in Huatulco must have had me take 20 pics of her and her husband haha.
If you are coming from Canada we wouldn't suggest you take the hit on exchanging the money to $US. A lot of the places we were at took either currency and most of them at the same price.
