The funny thing is in my 81 years I have only been depressed one period when my first wife died after 43 wonderful years. And I fully understand where depression comes from, having taught rational emotive therapy to college kids in the '60s. I have to remind myself that it is not rational to expect to be rational 100% of the time and to those of you of the religious bent will understand when I say that only God could be expected to be rational 100% of the time.
I just love that in these difficult and divisive times, people all around the world can come together in the enjoyment of The Petersen's lovely voices and musicianship. Maybe music can heal the world.
