I guess the result would have been less salty or too heavy if you used water instead of chicken broth into the pre-packed ingredients . Of course home made ingredients always better than pre-packed one . It looks yuuum 😋
May be broth is a little too much to the pre-packed ones. But for sure the seasonings in the pre-packed ones are crazy! My verdict is still the homemade one wins (just that requires a bit more efforts)🤓

@@McFattyHK well canada fresh means frozen LOL unless you go fish it yourself but you wont get anything that taste as good. I can tell the difference the moment i had my first taste of canadian fish....its not good lol

酸菜和魚做湯,最好不要常吃,酸菜含有亞硝酸鹽,魚類含胺物質,如果兩者一起同食會產生亞硝胺致癌物質,更容易對胃黏膜造成傷害也導致胃癌…例如吃了熱狗飲一杯酸奶也是致癌⋯⋯總之發燒酸艷食物和含胺類食物是相克
