By formula , a=b×q+r
1659=b×q+8
bq=1659-8
bq=1651.
Same as, a=b×q+r
2036=b×q+4
bq=2036-4
bq=2032.
Then find HCF , by Euclid's algorithm
2032÷1651=381
1651÷381=(127)
:127 is the answer ..

Sir, 22/7 has a non terminating but a repeating decimal expansion. Its decimal expansion keeps on repeating. Its decimal expansion is 3.142857142857142857...... But 22/7 is not the accurate value of pie. It is the approximate value. So 22/7 is a rational number but pie is an irrational number. If you say that 22/7 is an irrational number, it humiliates the defination of rational numbers. According to the defination of rational numbers 22/7 is in the form of p/q where p and q (22 and 7) are integers and q(7) is not equal to 0.....

@CIH_ YT a prime no. is a number which has only 2 factors, i.e 1 and the number itself. If it were to be an even number, then it would definitely have 2 as a factor, hence the condition of prime number won't be fulfilled. It'll be a composite number. Thus, a prime no. is 2 and the others are all odd numbers

Cyclicity of any number is about the last digit and how they appear in a certain defined manner.
Cyclicity of numbers from 1 to 9 is as follows :-
1 - (1)² = 1
(1)³ = 1
(1)⁴ = 1
As we see that if we take any power of 1 , the result is 1 . So for any even or odd power of 1 the result will always end with 1.....
2 - (2)² = 4
(2)³ = 8
(2)⁴ = 16
(2)^5 = 32
(2)^6 = 64
(2)^7 = 128
(2)^8 = 256
(2)^9 = 512
So as we see that for any even power of 2 the result will end at either 4 or 6 and for any odd power of 2 the result will end at either 2 or 8......
3 - (3)² = 9
(3)³ = 27
(3)⁴ = 81
(3)^5 = 243
(3)^6 = 729
(3)^7 = 2187
So , as we see that for any even power of 3 the result will end at either 1 or 9 and for any odd power of 3 the result will end at either 3 or 7.....
4 - (4)² = 16
(4)³ = 64
(4)⁴ = 256
(4)^5 = 1024
So as we see that for any even power of 4 the result will last at 6 and for any odd power of 4 the result will last at 4.........

Question 2 asked on timing 37:53 in lec.2 ,i.e, (2022)^2018 will last at ?
We know that , (2022)² = 4088484
So , for even power of 2022 the result will last at 4 . So 2022 having power 2018 will also last at 4 because it is a UNIVERSAL FACT that 2018 is an even number..........!!!!
