      No problem. You will improve easier is if you are consistent with your practice. You can do the drills once and expect to be better. You need to do them daily and in a short while and we will see great results.

    im 16 and just started playing soccer 1 month ago by myself in my backyard. ive played for 2 years when i was 4 and 5 but i hardly remember. i really am passionate about it and i love the sport. i practice 8-10 hours everyday sometimes longer, until i psychically cant stand up. i have really great passes and my ball control and first touch is good. i can alos juggle the ball okay, my highest amount of juggles is 347. i can do alot of tricks too. im a very fast and smart player and i can play any position great. i just played my first game yesterday at my local park and i scored 3 goal and 4 assists. i want to tryout for a team but all the programs or soccer clubs in my area that ive researched have a age limit 4-15.

      you should sign up for a lower league team and hope to get scouted but try to play at the highest level possible

    Soooo good! These are the type of drills I remember girls would whine about, even in COLLEGE! Do us a favor kids, listen to your coaches, do the drills, they will help you tremendously and on top of that teach you discipline and patience :)

      nah bro, 30 push up and 20 sit ups doesnt make you fit at all, you sound young so workout out physically for forty minutes intensely, dont let your abs breathe and work the arms so it hurts to raise them, youre young enough to work like this everyday (obviously dont overwork on game day; save all your energy), if anything 200 sit ups and fifty push ups should be a good warmup(like sets of twenty) but push it

    I'm coming off long term injuries to my spine (lower back tear in there) and groin which have been on and off for the last two years and my tryouts are the 8th of August right now the only things I'm allowed to do are back exercises, groin exercises, swimming, biking at least 6 miles, light strength training in the gym(excluding squats, and lunges) and plyometric work outs. I am allowed to run starting next week hopefully and I'm working out 4 times a week. I've been recovering since basically last December do you think I'll be fit enough by tryouts(this is for a division 1 school)?

      If you put in the work and you are consistent with your approach yes you will be fit. However you must challenge yourself every day. If you do what is easy for example jogging for 30 minutes and you will not be a match fit. You must push yourself to exhaustion. However be smart with your injury and listen to your body.

      Coach Tooby, when I do a header I shoot to the target but sometimes I close my eyes while im doing a header. I know thats bad because you wont be able to see whats near.

      +Na Zombie Try not to. I am 14yrs old and for my team, we had 5 games so far. I've scored 8 headers off corners so far, and I'm not tall at all. Just have to be able to jump, and keep your eyes open. Make sure to hit near the hair line, not the top of your head.

      The inside of your foot has to almost be flat on the floor, your ankle facing up to the sky. Really get underneath the ball and chop the grass

    I have a question what is the deadline to be a pro soccer player in the United States? Is 21 or under more realistic to become a professional soccer player? I know there is an age where it's less likely you will become pro at soccer due to how old you are. Although anything is possible. What is a realistic deadline if you understand what I'm trying to say?

      No,u need to know where ur partners are before u receive the ball . This way u will know what to do after u receive the ball and that saves a lot of time for u
