    On September 13, 2024 I started the Carnivore Diet. Today is November 25, 2025 and I went from 500lbs down to 430lbs. That's 70lbs in just a short period of time. It's the only way that I knew how to avoid all the crap that is in our food.

      @@mylifeintheusa4720this. People focus on macro nutrients when micro nutrients matter just as much. Are you eating grass fed and finished meat? Are you consuming antibiotics, rbst, are your eggs from a local farm or your own chickens, as even store bought cage free eggs are months and months old so the micronutrients are depleted. There's alot to being carnivore without wild side effects later. I was carnivore for a year but now I'm animal based, I eat carbs from fruit, honey and maple syrup. Not recommending anything to anyone just carnivore wasn't condusive to my weight lifting and I kept getting micro tears and injuries from being carb depleted.

    More and more research is being done on the effects of highly processed food. A relationship has already been discovered with cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes and depression. Because we easily eat too much of highly processed products, we also get more energy than we need and the chance of being overweight increases.

    Processed sugar refers to sugar that has been refined or extracted from its natural source, such as sugarcane, sugar beets, or corn, to produce a concentrated and purified form. Unlike natural sugars found in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and dairy, processed sugar is often stripped of nutrients during refining.
    Common Types of Processed Sugar:
    White Sugar (Granulated Sugar): The most common form of processed sugar, made by refining raw sugarcane or sugar beets.
    Brown Sugar: White sugar mixed with molasses for color and flavor.
    Powdered (Confectioner's) Sugar: Finely ground white sugar mixed with a small amount of starch to prevent clumping.
    High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS): A liquid sweetener derived from corn, used in many processed foods and drinks.
    Liquid Sugars: Includes syrups like cane syrup, corn syrup, and agave syrup.
    Where It's Found:
    Processed sugar is commonly added to:
    Soft drinks
    Candy
    Baked goods
    Condiments (like ketchup and barbecue sauce)
    Breakfast cereals
    Snacks
    Health Considerations:
    Excessive consumption of processed sugar is linked to health issues such as:
    Weight gain and obesity
    Increased risk of type 2 diabetes
    Heart disease
    Dental cavities
    Reducing intake of processed sugar can improve overall health and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. Opting for whole, minimally processed foods and natural sweeteners (like honey or maple syrup, used in moderation) can be a healthier alternative.

    Hey my brother 🙂 so to your point about food laws being different in other countries I remember watching a video a few years ago this doctor put out and she said that over in Germany people eat brat wurst, Weiner schnitzel and drink beer and barely gain any weight but if you do that in America you because the difference is sugar

    2:58 “How come the Sour Patch Kid company continues to put in all the dyes that are proven to disrupt our children’s bodies?”
    Because the research connecting the harmful effects of these dyes hasn’t become prolific enough yet in our society, and it’s considerably cheaper for companies to source synthetic dyes vs natural dyes. Companies aren’t going to make the switch until they are pressed hard enough to do so. RFK is hopefully the catalyst to this finally happening.

    I think a more consistent Christian and theonomic solution to this is free market based. Although these could a case for prosecuting the people who do this on the basis of poisoning the population, which is in line with God's Law. But to add a bunch of regulations, I don't know if that's the best way forward. I'm open to hearing a case, though. Blessings Jeff and Apologia guys!

    • @ObiWonGinobili
      @ObiWonGinobili วันที่ผ่านมา

      The free market is definitely free to sin and due to man's fallen nature, it has chosen not to love its neighbor by selling dangerous chemicals hiding them in the guise of pleasure and fun. Marketing sometimes can deceive people, and because the government is not doing their job, sin needs to be reigned in. The state of the market in regards to it being healthy is definitely 'lawless' and in needing of laws. Part of the fundamental nature of laws are to protect and conserve things, so a law is not fundamentally a bad thing. Also free markets will only be as pure as born-again and redeemed as the buyers and sellers are so to assume that a free market is what saves people is false.

    I do not understand these things. I don't know enough about it. But it doesn't seem to affect me that I am aware of. We should have the freedom to choose what we eat. Not the government telling us what to eat. Self-control, and moderation. Two main things.

    • @mstar4150
      @mstar4150 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you study it you'll understand how corrupt it all is. Big agriculture buying out the doctors that made the food pyramid, going against science that knew it would cause an obesity and diabetes epidemic. Then take the cigarette companies that bought food companies and made food purposely addictive with harmful chemicals. Then look at how subsidies work with corn, wheat, etc. The government shouldn't tell us what to eat at all. But they are purposely in bed with special interests that go against the health of its citizens. We should be outraged that this has been allowed to go on for so long.

    • @jeremyzitzow4417
      @jeremyzitzow4417 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      100% agree. It seems like people are always excusing their own poor eating habits, even in the church. You can't tell me that becoming obese is inevitable, even with the way our food is produced. Self-control and moderation has always been the key. Btw, I'm 42 yo and 5'9 and 135 lbs. I work a job where I have to sit in front of a computer most of the day.
      Bring back the stigma of being obese!

    • @ObiWonGinobili
      @ObiWonGinobili วันที่ผ่านมา

      The government has failed to block poisons from entering the food system, certain chemicals that are already long banned in Europe and our neighboring Canada. When a law is passed to provide safety to consumers, that is a good thing if indeed it's as if it were poison, which is Jeff's main premise. Also how do you know your body can properly metabolize "Red 829382" and "Blue 39829" why would you assume the body was designed by God to ingest & digest that? Freedom to eat poison is not a Biblical view on the human body as it is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

    That's the reason why you want to have the healthy sugars there is such thing as a healthy sugar anything with the with the tall t o l like erythritol mitol also that like Stevia stuff that has that in there also all you lose you have anything with those is healthy sugar cuz you get rid of it when you urinate your body does not store that that's a good thing you get the nutrients from it too does the oils as long as you get I mean extra virgin olive oil still pretty healthy get some good brands also you can do avocado oil that's quite healthy and even grapeseed oil
