As a libertarian the only thing I heard from RFK just now was I want better data so people can make up their own minds. Sounds good to me.

Its should be noted how pharma has corrupted everything in its path including the "data". You can still get good data from many sources but just be aware of pharma's malign influence like how major media uses biased data.

I'm a libertarian and the ARROGANCE of these guys is unreal. They came with an agenda to make him look like a fool, but he ate their freaking lunch. They weren't there to listen to him, they were just there to refute what he stands for. They have lost a lot of my respect now.
Vaccines/ modern medicine is the primary reason the population has boomed and that we're living longer and healthier than any other point in history.
Are there "elites," including the government officials and big pharma, abusing this power at the expense of innocent people. Exploiting people financially along with their overall well-being. Yup!

Yeah man, they were pretty unfair to him and for someone that's supposed to be skeptical of institutions and the data they deliberately manipulate, Weissmueller was dogmatically married to it as his proof that RFK was wrong. RFK even broke down how they get to those numbers. Vaccinated is counted as unvaccinated unless two weeks have passed post jab, but the bulk of Covid sicknesses and vax injuries were occurring within that two week window

You might be right, but I was glad to see Jr challenged in a "reasonable" discussion. They did give him room to elaborate, and I think he did a good job of explaining why they're positions were biased using selective data and graphs. It would be interesting to know if these guys did follow up research based on the new info Jr shared with them.
I'm glad Jr is running because it's the only way these discussions would be happening. That said, I predict gruesome Newsome will be the dem nominee.

I can’t stand people interrupting him. I’ve listened to hours of this man and no one interrupting him ever is even almost as informed as him.
@@sarafox3287 I’ve discovered that he is incredibly humble. He will not discuss a topic or make determination if he hasn’t thoroughly researched it and by thorough probably hundreds of hours. He’s successfully litigated against the biggest corporations to the point of quietly bankrupting. Baer, former Monsanto owes in lawsuits equivalent to what it’s worth because of this man. He will never make grandiose claims about himself. He cares deeply about the environment, clean healthy living being accessible to Americans (as in waterways should be clean and chemical free and accessible to every day people). He understands the depth and details of government capture because he’s been fighting these organizations through the legal system. His life work has been defending the environment and people from corrupt careless corporations, Point blank period. He can’t be bought and he knows who the monsters are and they are terrified of this man because he’s telling the truth and can prove it.
I have yet to hear anyone win a debate against him.

Often he throws up a supposed study and the person he is talking to has not had a chance to look at the study (i.e. no way of checking while the interview is being done) . Many studies are poorly designed. I chuckled how he thinks long placebo-based trials should occur but he quotes studies that are supposed anti-vaccine which are not long placebo studies. Hmmmmm! On a recent podcast he said that research into vaccines has caused HIV, Lyme disease, Spanish flu and RSW. Evidence please. None. Kennedy has gone down the anti-vaccine rabbit hole. He was once asked to name a vaccine that has been beneficial. He said none. Gee, I thought the smallpox vaccine eliminated smallpox! Anyone with a sound background in immunology would run circles around him. He simply does not have the background to debate. He said he had graphs showing that the vaccines increased deaths but cannot produce him. Multiple sets of data show the strength of the covid-19 vaccines is they reduce severe illness and death. I laughed at his explanation of why the "unvaccinated" had a higher death rate. His logic is that you would judge the effectiveness of an antibiotic if you only take it for two days rather than the recommended 7 days!
@@Memphis2010GFC But covid "vaccines" are a different technology of a vaccines unlike smallpox. You still can get sick and transfer disease, no matter how many booster shots you get. It is like a flu vaccine every year a new one, and you still get sick. Such thing can not be mandatory.

If you receive the chickenpox vaccine it is extremely unlikely that you will ever get shingles. He was just wrong. A good interview doesn’t mean you get to spew bullshit without being challenged.
I was frustrated by this interview, the interruptions, the antagonism. I was also really encouraged reading so many excellent comments. The line Reason chose to describe this interview is so simplistic and sensationalist. The more RFK Jr. willingly faces all questioners, and articulates his positions, the less inclined the smug and biased shills will be to take him on.

As a long time libertarian I stopped supporting Reason a long time ago. They have a hard time processing critical concepts. Just because an entity is a business does not make it a supporter of the free market system. A large enough business entity can easily be motivated to undermine competitive process to its own advantage. Just because something is scientific or science does not preclude it from being corrupt.

Surprisingly we don’t see this same skepticism or criticism toward the government health agencies or vaccine manufacturers who have repeatedly been found guilty of lying to the public.

Yep considering some of them have had to pay out billions to people injured. I was actually shocked to find out more about the fda process on a fluke when I watched some Netflix documentary years ago.
What’s crazy is the same people that were once in charge or are major decision makers at the fda use to sit on the board or hold some important role in a pharmaceutical company and visa versa.
I can say without a doubt after combing through tons of data myself when it comes to the covid jabs that cases were never that bad especially in some places until shortly after the jabs rolled out. I did not want to take anyone’s word for it so I looked into it myself on a number of occasions just to double check what I saw because it was so obvious and in the open I was stunned. I used the world tracker site which gives numbers for every country and more. Unfortunately sharing the info was squashed by big tech even now unfortunately.

What I find remarkable is how people can literally look offended when people say ‘listen our current system is corrupt and regulators and scientists in pockets of industry…all I’m asking for is real, fair science done by people with integrity and no conflict of interest and real placebo trials’. What’s there to object to? I’m guessing people react like that as they are unconsciously angry that they’ve been shown up to have been tricked. It’s easier to lie to someone then convince them they’ve been lied to…and all that.

At one time I would, because it might persuade somebody not to take the vax, but we are pass that point, those who would take it already have, and those that wouldn't never will. So to keep posting how vax was a bad choice just is beginning to feel like twisting the knife in them, and at worst, bragging that they were fooled and I wasn't. Not to say there wasn't enough infromation available for a non-fool to know not to take the vax, the idea of no long term testing should have been all the easy research a non-fool needed to do.

The two interviewing RFK came into this interview predetermined to be right. Their body language showed they are not open to learning anything new and are hiding behind a “libertarian “ like religion. Hope there can be some long form debate with some real doctors and not two people hiding behind a few graphs without the ability to really really listen.

I would for once love to see an interview explore more in depth RFK’s stance on vaccines instead of just immediately “refuting” it with a graph provided by a government funded organization.
RFK Jr, in every interview I watch, where he's actually allowed to speak, comes off as one of the most genuine, intelligent people I've ever heard speak. Every single time he's interviewed by people with an obvious agenda, he's cut off mid sentence, constantly. Here it is again, cut off mid sentence repeatedly. His patience is incredible, truly.
He manages to site direct studies by some of the biggest medical institutions in the world, but a couple clowns pull up a map they googled real quick and try to pounce. Soon as he makes a point, he's interrupted. Shit like this is just embarrassing.

the worst part was when this clown cited the VICE hit piece op-ed about the Rogan podcast, instead of actually just doing due diligence and watching the Rogan interview himself. Had he watched that interview, all of his questions on this topic wouldn't have even been necessary, since RFK covered all of this extensively during the hour or so that Joe gave him to opine on how he arrived at his positions, while also citing and noting exactly which studies he was referring to.
I thought the same thing! It's really impressive that he was able to maintain his composure when he kept being asked questions and then cut off when he tried to answer them.
I actually think the attacks work in RFK's favour, it seems the more vicious the attack the more he can easily shut it down with counterpoints. He is impressive in his composure in these situations.

Every first vaccine has been tested in placebo-controlled trials before going to market. RFK is not telling the truth, or doesn't realise it.
First off double blind placebo is used for every novel vaccine (like covid). But once you have established a safe vaccine and update it to combat a new strain double blind placebo risk for outweighs the virtually non existent rewards. Vaccines and their components are constantly tested in phases 1-4, in various combinations to make sure each component is safe. And using an existing vaccine is completely viable as a placebo if its safety has been previously proven. Otherwise you are risking large populations of people, especially children, to exposure to deadly diseases.
Seriously. Who on Earth has a problem with double blind placebo testing? Its really shocking that they dont ALL READY do this with vacines. RFK 2024

However, at no time did he ever say that people should not be allowed to take the vaccine, should they so desire. He is against the mandates. It’s known as body autonomy, which, as a real woman (yes, we still exist) I am a firm supporter of. Furthermore, the “journalists” were grossly biased, evidenced by the fact that they hyper-focused on one issue through the entire video. This was a debate, not an interview.

Would love to see the correlating charts showing the vaccines issued during the last several decades and the astronomical increase in childhood allergies, disorders, etc. that didn't previously exist. When I was a kid, there was literally no one that I knew in my entire school that had peanut allergies, for example.

Yeah, I've been watching stuff like this to learn more about RFK Jr. As someone who uses a lot of VOIP software for meetings it sounded to me as if their mics were configured in a way that when they started speaking it deafened (reduced the volume of) RFK Jr's mic giving them priority speaker. Really annoying and not at all professional. The one guy also claims to be an independent but doesn't truly seem center enough he's already made up his mind before the interview even began. As an independent myself I think the real value of being one is that we WANT to hear debate, we want to hear your point of view and at least try to understand where you're coming from even if in the end we don't ultimately agree.

My daughter got measles at 12 months old, she was ok but she had a bad dose. I was assumed to be an anti-vax mom who hadn’t got the MMR vaccine for her child. It took me showing them the vaccine record to prove she was vaccinated. They then said it was a “breakthrough” case. Several years later she got Whooping cough and I had to go through the same discrimination with assumption she was not vaccinated. Truth be told I blindly followed all of the vaccine requirements back then (late 1990’s) but if I had to do it today I would NOT vaccinate my child.
If even 1/100 of these stories from mothers are true, I truly feel bad for how they’ve been labeled “crazy”

Kelley, would you consider examining RFK Jr.'s assertions more closely? While many of his statements have a basis in reality, he appears to manipulate the interpretations to suit his stance. I encourage you to investigate each study he mentions, as well as broader research on the same subjects. Almost all of his statements were fundamentally incorrect.

I thoroughly enjoyed this interview for the sole fact that RFK Jr came off as a champion. He continues to impress me especially in his willingness to enter a lion's den with hosts like these and speak with facts and data. I predict he will continually perform a systematic takedown of all the Pharma propagandists and the talking points they've been feeding public for years. This is my next President.
The only thing you said that I disagree with it the hosts came with facts. In fact their data was falsified and Kennedy brought that to the forefront as has many others before this. The data entered for that study was deliberately falsified. But they used it anyway which is why they tried to cut his Mike. They knew it I suspect.

SOCIALIST programs took food to the poor, the South was brought out of the dark ages, and the vaccine came along. We went from having 400 deaths year, to less than one, an 500x decrease in child mortality from measles.

I had some respect for them previously, and I'm not some Kennedy die hard loyalist, they just treat him like a fool, don't let him answer questions, barrage him with innacure representations of what they claim he believes, and they obviously didn't read his book before the interview.
