nice paint scheme, 50th anniversary special edition. look at those eyes, like it's ready to kick ass. Yamaha is the best when it comes to designing attractive looking bikes. 1999 R1 still looks good to this day.

Brake fluid reservoir for the front brake. It's in the same spot on all bikes, with the clutch fluid reservoir being on the other side of the handlebars and the rear brake fluid reservoir usually located somewhere beneath the rear seat area on the right hand side of the bike.

@sakin81 It's the crossplane crank. The pistons have an unorthodox timing on the crankshaft. It is set to mimic the timing of a V layout motor, as opposed to an inline motor; hence the sound.
Think of it this way - a 90degree v-twin, for example, has it's pistons are 90degrees off set from one another. A parallel twin (same amount of cylinders) are equal timing at zero degrees, but both have a different sound.

one question, so everytime the yellow lamp is lightning that means that i would fly away if i didnt had this TractionControll? what about profis ? they also have sometimes problem and fly away, does that mean that yamaha only wants to show that the thing works ?
