    Great job man. But that isn’t a 2001. With the updated front end and hydraulic brakes it’s a 2003-2006 model. Great job on it tho and great video!

    Since it has full disk brakes and the light in the nose cone its a 03 or newer frame but it looks like the right engine cover or hole engine is 02 older

    that actually is not a 2001 with the headlight being into the wiring harness that would be a 2003-2006

    Always clean ur machines before you work on them makes it alot easier

    I dunno why people do stock suspension on these. They look awesome widen out wit +4 swing arm and a banshee axel with longer a arms

    So my blaster had its oil box deleted..but now I have a hole in the side of my motor..is there a way to cover it

      No it was missing the oil line from the tors delete.. it ran from the tors ..they actually make a cover for that

    looks so much better,but the motor dont sound the best at all.11:39 and then some.to much rattle.maybe piston wrist pin,crank bearings,etc.there is something not happy in your motor.then again at 12:07 and then some.2 strokes are not quit for sure but there is something else make to much noise!!!

    Great transformation, what are you using on the plastics what pad on the buffer ? I want to shine my Honda atc plastic back

      I used cherry wax on a wool pad.

    I've always loved the Blaster and remember a friend having one back in the late '90s. I had a Honda 300 and difficulties keeping up with him.

    hey man great video but try wd 40 when you steal wool the plastics because its a penetrant and removes oxidation and its shines them up at the same time defiantly give it a try

    Dang that is nice, I have a blaster it has been sitting it starts up and runs but it won’t stay idle I have to keep pushing the gas lever if not it will shut off

      Clean the carburetor and adjust the idle screw

      @@ApacheGarage I open up the carb learning from you’re videos, it was not dirty at all it was dry the jet was not dirty also, I’m not sure why but it will idle if I unscrew the bolt where fuel comes out from carb. I will try the Idle screw tomorrow

      They actually will run better and make a little more power without the lid, but you need to bump up the main to compensate for the extra airflow.
