I find the roof rack incredibly handy for carting things around when I don't want to take a trailer around town. I don't use mine every day, but when I do need it I REALLY appreciate it
@@TirsbaekTV ... just keep in mind that the load bearing capacity of the roof is set to 30kg by Suzuki (including the rack of course) so it's actually really easy to go over that limit (which you Insurance company might have serious problems with if something should happen).
I know what you mean about just wanting to get out and take photos of any of your vehicles, I've just added a metal plate photo of my Defender to my 'car wall' with other great pictures of cars I own now or previously. I do think the roof rack suits these, it's definitely down to proportions but once you have it I'm sure you'll find uses.
Hi the front grill on your truck is a harp back to the first jimmy so it’s cool and I like your wheels are best. Ps no to the roof rack, roof rails from the factory would have been good maybe.
You laugh at our rusty Land Rovers, but if a Landy was as new as the Jimny, and the rear light weren't secured properly, the rust would have made it so those nuts would never have undone. It's not a fault, it's a "Feature". It is dinky, and if wasn't so much of a lump, I would absolutely have a Jimny, but it wouldn't end up being the tarts handbag that yours is morphing into! I'm not jealous.... much.
I appreciate the Jimny is much younger and has done less than a tenth of the mileage my Defender has, and therefore is going to be much cleaner. Will be fun to see how it holds up...
I do think the old lights suit the lines and character of the car more, but of course it’s your car and if you prefer them, you’ve done the right thing.
As a Defender owner, I am more and more interested in getting a Jimny! Love the mods
Love ❤ the videos. Great information ℹ️. On off road. From Gerry in Ireland 🇮🇪
Absolutely love the Jimny content! Great video
Thank you!
So capable off road, mine gets a good dose of Dorset mud regularly! Nice video 👍🏻

Good to know! Maybe I can find a use for one then 😄

nice video , i think without the roofrack you get more of a "agressive offroad look"
I suspect that once the new light (and the switch) get covered in water and muck at the back, they will cause all sorts of problems.
Looking good Liam 👍
A bit of sound deadening in the doors and rear panels will help immensely re sound quality

You'll probably want to reconsider using those cheap wire-splice connectors. They really don't handle moisture very well and are prone to failure.
They will all be full of corrosion in no time.
Super nice wheels. Looking to buy them as well. Which tyre dimensions are you running?
Thanks! They’re 215/65 R16
Thanks. Quite impressive how tall they look even though they are only 65’s. See you on the trails👍
You might want to upgrade to LED headlights of the 4 seater Jimny. They look high quality tbh
I'd love to swap them out for the LEDs from the SZ5, not sure where to get them though
Could you mount a bike carrier to that tow bar? Obviously there would be around 30-40kg of vertical weight hanging off the end

Are the tirsbaek tv stickers for sale?

I would like less talk, more action...
