Great question. Boring story short.. I was shot in my brachial plexus while in the army. Paralyzed my left arm and hand for two yrs. I quickly learned to do everything one handed. Now I'm able to use my arm and hand. But I choose to shoot one handed bc I mastered it. I competition shoot as well one handed.

Always good to train one handed. If you find yourself unable to use either hand/arm etc, gotta figure out how to hit that target.
