I always liked the ones where the villain's plans backfire, they're always so spectacular, satisfying, and wonderfully ironic, and Dr. Falicier's was just that in the best way possible. As for the scariest death, Clayton's from Tarzan by far. It's so freaking brutal that when I first saw it, I cringed, and it takes a lot to make me cringe at a movie.
Dr. Falicier's death was the scariest of all Disney villains death. Just the thought of being dragged to hell like that, that by itself is the ultimate defeat.

He'll just keep eternally floating until he dies of either dehydration or starvation, which I would imagine is absolute agony. Some deaths on here are unpleasant because of the pain and/or the imminent inevitability of an inescapable demise, but Treasure Planet's death would have gone on for possibly days. The guy couldn't even kill put himself out of his own misery, he had no weapons. The best he could do might be to strange himself but as soon as he lost consciousness he would surely have his grip severed and be back to square one.

Scar was eaten alive, the Black King had his skin and body disintegrated as he died, and Facilier basically was buried alive so he would technically suffocate underground though it could be a symbolic death too. Clayton did die horribly though at his own doing but not the most painful death in appearance (which is what I am getting at since I and none of us have any idea how it feels to die hanging).

I think that you should get better software. Some of them I could barely hear. I hate to sound like an ass, but I personally think that some of these deaths should've been higher and some of them should've been lower. Ex. Oogie Boogie's death should've been higher and Maleficent's death should've been lower. But that's my opinion. At some point, remake this with better sound at least.

I think the numerous long falls onto a bed of sharp rocks, Jafar's entire being electrifying and exploding, Shan Yu taking a firework to the chest and then exploding, or the Shadow Man being pulled into the underworld were all much more terrifying/painful deaths.
