the Direwolf looks very bespoke but honestly sacrificing the mobility advantage to carry a single larger weapon kinda seems like a bit of a desperation move, like some forgeworld didnt have the time and/or resources to build a Warlord so instead they just built the larger Titan's gun and then kludged it onto a Warhound chassis, definitely better as a sniper than a stand-up fighter.... as for the Imperator i dont think it has a full barracks for troops in the feet but it most definitely has access passages, a barracks might be in the cathedral on top but not in the feet the poor lads would get such awful motion sickness lmao (and it would definiltey compromise the structural integrity unless they were really tiny cramped barracks).... thank you for the video man, cant wait to see the spikey Titans chaos makes everything cooler!
@@trippyulyanov2012 Thank you very much I agree whole heartedly I’m glad you enjoyed and do not worry the first cycle will be mostly non chaos stuff other than the archive video which will have a chaos option but once that is done I’ll probably do an entire cycle or three dedicated to chaos chaos titans will come up in both chaos corruption and most likely in chaos conversion videos so do not worry good stuff coming
The hellstorm cannon can either be a giant laser revolving gatling cannon, or just a massive gun. Imperators can hold large amounts of troops in addition to tanks, and titan point defense weapons are essentially always bolt cannons and Lascannons not heavy bolters and lascannons. loved the video keep up the good work!!
@@guntuna348 alrighty so the hellstorm it looked in the art like it could be both or either but I figured that kinetic would make more sense given the whole assault cannon look but the page for it also seems to imply “shells” so that was my reasoning. Second I did leave it up to you guys about the imperators feet and I still stick by my arguments I would really like to consider any type of cross section that could show the “holding area” for troops but I think the best option would be a hallway like some beach landing vessels have (using the toe as a ramp) or that idea of having a slit behind the greave which still holds plenty of people but tanks I’m not sure why it would even need to do that given the fact that most tanks can keep up with it on their own. The bolt cannon referenced is seemingly just a 40mm heavy bolter I conflate the two because the canonical difference between them seems to be only 5mm in caliber from the infantry to the mechanicus TM bolt cannon. I would also argue that that 5mm difference is likely present in the Vulcan mega bolter as well. Glad you enjoyed hope to see ya again soon on stream.
Excellent work as always homie, your delivery and in-depth explanation is absolutely amazing. Keep the grind going and you'll be golden!! Any other settings you've been thinking of doing army, armory and adversary videos on?
The plasma destructor is actually laughably dangerous, in a book(Forges of mars trilogy, I think priests of mars) one of the titans on board a ark mechanicus ship fires off its plasma destructor and it essentially melts a hole directly trough THE WHOLE SHIP and dissipates out in the space.
Pretty sure the reason given for the feet garrison was for repealing ground based boarding actions. On the off chance someone ambushed or blitzed the formation. Not sure where you would put them, other than in the shin area.
@@gregorylandsborough8003 I agree but it seems to me the length of hallways as gantries from foot to head would be more than enough space to fight off intruders with the (likely) Skitarii forces aboard. Also the best way to avoid ground assault is to have defensive ground forces paired with not having a huge area where enemies can get inside. Either way I think theirs a way to justify the foot garrison but it is a thorny problem I’ve been wrestling with. Thank you for your input
Man, one of the pieces of action of titans that o loved was in Taros, it was a fight between Warhound titans ans some Tau Hammer heads. I hope we can see some stuf like a manta vs warlod, because honestly, that scene in Exodite was very poorly made
