    In the due diligence process, what would you ask your lawyer? accountant and mortgage broker? The latter two make sense but not sure about the lawyer?

    Thanks for the video, I would be interested if you have done any videos or podcasts with some small-scale developers, i.e demolishing and refilling one 600 - 700m2 property with 3 or 4+ townhouses. This is now happening everywhere I look. Have you done any ROI examples with the above?

      @@opes_partners hi, sorry for the slow reply, I am interested if you have any case studies of someone taking a 1960's dwelling built on 700m2 of land and refilling the section with 3 or 4 townhouses - Is this possible for an individual investor or is this usually with the small-scale developers
