Heyya, your content is much better than the thumbnails imply.
The thumbnails give me finfluencer, get rich quick, clickbait vibe which always puts me off clicking them.
I could be wrong, but your target market would be people who tend to have a bit more capital, and/or equity, and/or borrowing power behind them, so they might be like me and reluctant to click something that says Property Trading Secrets - assuming the video is just going to be some generic advice with a pitch for some course "normally valued" at $20k but you can get for the bargain of "$2k" if you buy now!
So, I'd be thinking you'd want your thumbnails to look a bit more like Dave Ramsey's, Ben Felix's, or the Plain Bagel, which are still attention-grabbing, while targeted at an audience that doesn't watch Mr. Beast.
Also, I certainly don't identify as a leverage addict, so wouldn't mind you retiring that phrase.
But the content you're putting out and the videos are amazing, so keep up the good work in the area that matters and I'll try and get over myself on the marketing
