Amp didn’t arrive with speakers, but I think the amp was way more powerful than speakers. The rule of thumb is to have speakers more powerful than an amp, so if you overload it the amp will clip and speakers stay intact. I think it was the other way around in this case.

All good except, I wouldn't glue the foam /rubber surround on without spacers around the coil.

I am wondering if the amplifier is defective in some way, that all the speakers have blown? That seems unusual.
