I know it's a little off-topic, but this video reminds me of something in a game called Elite Dangerous. (If you're not aware: Elite Dangerous is a online space simulator.) One of the groups that formed within this game is "The Fuel Rats" - a bunch of volunteer players who will, for free, bring extra fuel to other players who ran out of fuel while out exploring. They expect nothing in return, and in fact refuse payment - if they really care about getting money from it, they can get it by selling the exploration data that their ship automatically gathers along the way to the client. What I'm trying to say is, you were basically acting as a Fuel Rat in this video. You cared more about helping them and making their day better, than about making a quick buck. And for that, you have my respect.
