First of all "Katrina" he never showed the bottom. Secondly, the secret to any pizza is after you cut a few slices you put some butter in a pan and 2-3 slices and fry them a few minutes, makes EVERY pizza slice better tasting and more crispy. Nothing is better, never has been, never will be. It's the missing step I created that nobody knows.

Provolone cheese. I like to add a little picante provalone to the shredded mozzarella to give it a little more flavor. Just a little bit.
