What's up I'm RedFalcon and right now I'm playing Mario Party Superstars for the Nintendo Switch. I might play minigames against the Master CPUs, I might play boards against characters like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Rosalina, Birdo, Wario, Waluigi and more?! Is that all of them? We don't know yet! What we do know as that we can play Mario Party Superstars online on boards like Yoshi's Tropical Island, Peach's Birthday Cake, Space Land, Horror Land, and more! Theoretically the highest amount of stars you can get in one turn on this game mode is 8 by getting a star card each in the last 5 turn
Well its actually 6, the "double star card" really just adds 1 star to the amount you can buy, so in the homestretch, if you use a double star card, then the amount of stars you can buy is 3, not 4

Fun fact about partner party: if you move over a certain space, your joy con will do a strong rumble if you have rumble on. The rumble space indicates a hidden block on that space. If you pay attention enough, and get the exact roll, you can tell where the hidden block is and land on it.
Actually, the best pairing would be one character with 5 odd numbers, and 1 character with 6 evens. This is because rolling odd increases your chances of getting to the star.

What do you mean? Rolling odd doesn't increase your chances of getting a star? The star can be either even or odd spaces away from you, so exclusively rolling evens or odds doesn't benefit you any more, right?
Why do you believe this?
@@GBDupree there's a die that has all evens, and a die that has five odds. There's still a chance you can go even, but you're likely to go odd. I'd say that a die with four odds and one with five evens could probably be more likely
@@GBDupree If the star space is even spaces away, and you roll odd, then you need odd next time. If the space is odd away and you roll even, then you still need odd.

Partner party is the saving grace for this game. If you combine that with the improvements from Mario party superstars, legendary.

I love Partner Party, me and my brother love to see how many stars we can beat out the CPUs by. Think our record is like 12 to 2 or something ridiculous like that
me and my friend got 11 to 0 on hard CPU
if you want to go to a specific space, for example the star, you can just press it and the game will automatically plan a route for you if it’s possible
would love to see something like one person has to try to lose and then there are 3 others trying to make that person win,these videos are awesome tho! keep it up ^-^

I love partner parties. I wish it allowed for 4 teams, for a total of 8 people, like Mario Party 8 did. If they did that, it would be absolutely flawless.

This game Was the first step to making Mario party good again, superstars was the finishing Touch.
Super Mario party has a ton of cool stuff but like a lot of meh stuff aswell

I wish the boards were better
I wish the dice were more rebalanced
The biggest thing that urks me is the spinner on the hidden blocks, it kinda ruins the fun of them because you know what you're gonna get after spinning

Super Mario party would have been so much better with actual good boards. Sadly they're all pretty awful lol.
I actually liked the new mini games including the motion control ones, the impact of characters' size in the mini games, the character specific dice, the partner mechanic, and obviously loved the huge character roster. But the boards stunt this game massively.

You should try this mode but play as both characters using two joycons and try to beat the master team its something me and my sister used to do and its really fun to strategise two characters and makes mini games chaotic at times
