In terms of the motor mounts you sell, do you have (or know where to get) gear/cable covers to go on the mount. Similar to what Boosted, Evolve, and most other brands have on their mounts.
Hello Mike, how are you? Question 1: It's possible to fit two 6374 motors side by side on a 180mm truck? Question 2: The 6374 and the 6355 motors have the same 180 KV, that means they have the same torque? Thanks for the videos
Hi! Unfortunately you can’t fit 2 6374 motors side by side on an 180mm truck. We are currently producing wider trucks that would allow this. They do have the same KV but the 6374 does have more pulling power and torque due to the larger size.
Hey Mike, thanks for all the great videos you have taught me a lot from watching, my question if you could help, what are the pros and cons of mounting motors on the back (evolve style?) or tucked under the board (as mounted in the vid)?
Hi Mike. Can you please help? I'm NOT hearing back from Mboards support email. But I'm completely stuck what you show at 4:47. Is that motor pulley going in the shack of the pulley require a special type of screw? What exact screw is that? It slides in fine, but rotates freely without the motor.. I ordered the complete kit..
Making my own electric skateboard, doing it on a slight budget though as im a student, getting some parts through your website and some through other retailers (because of the price of overseas postage to the UK), and I just wanted to know, is this motor mount compatible with 5065 motors? Just because im going to use one of those and you use a 6374. Thanks
Please please do not use split washers as lock washers! They can actually lower cycle count. Look up "positive locking"!! You also need 2 threads showing through the nylon nut
More like - DIY, and if this helped then support our business so we can produce more free tutorials to help new builders. Or don’t buy our stuff. Either way, just getting the info out to people who may need help with their mount.

yo I have locktite but its 243 and dosent say removeable - should I get the stuff you have there instead? tks :)
Can I use 5045 motors with it?

Will the Mboards extended trucks accommodate dual 6384 Flipsky BLDC motors?
If you are planning on using 15mm pulleys it gets pretty tight. Should work no problem with 12mm pulleys.
have you looked into direct drive motors? if you have what is your opinion on them? They look like hub motors, but they are not inside the wheel
Can you make a reverse specific mount? Like a longer plate and more adjustability?
Yes! We have a prototype of our new reverse mounts being tested now. Looks like we’ll need one more iteration to be ready to launch 😀
Where can I get a long board deck?
Do you have a mount that works on evolve trucks?
Hey man. it will be nice if you can make a video just about build an off road, real electric Mountainboard. Thanks.

Would this work well in a dual motor setup that is reverse?
Yes it would 👍🏻
@@MBoardsco how? didnt' work for me..
What about puppy/motor protectors??? Do you sell them? If not where can we buy them and will they attach to the mount?
Apologize if sounds silly, but is it worth making front wheel drive rather than placing motors in the rear?
I got a backire g2t can i swish out the motor from hubs to duel belt and not change eqc or anything insted of the motor idk

Try us again. Just finished switching our support email over.

117 kilos is this motor good for me ?
Ok so I have tons of boards.... How can I suprise my 12 yr old son with a diy board. Can I use anyboard? Help
If you’ve got a couple decks you’ll be good to go! You can pretty much create a DIY electric skateboard with nearly any deck.
Will the tires you sell work with this mount? Will the pulleys not interfere?
Hey man I was wondering if you can help me out with my build.
DM us on Instagram! We’re always down to help!
too bad its no angular adjustable... risers raise the COG, lower deck is a better ride
I just realized that tonight. I’m going to have to add a thick riser pad in order for the motors to clear while turning.

So far we haven’t had any complaints, but always appreciate the feedback and will look into this 👍🏻
DIY but buy my stuff?! Not helpful :(
