I have a lxr euro 5 2021. Its a great bike with big bike feel . Lexmoto are definitely doing there r&d work, these are quality bikes for the money with a two year warranty, you cannot go far wrong...
Hey, I’m torn between the LXR euro 5, and this LXS, so you have experience on the LXS? Or could tell me more about the ride, speed, feel etc about the LXR euro 5?
@@hoodedr6 The lxs is alot smaller bike in length and height. It has slightly more bhp but not a deal. I would go and sit on one personally because if your bigger than 5ft 8 then its going to be small. The lxr sits at 60mph all day. The euro 5 has a new 4 valve engine , has a smooth six speed box and will do 70mph and iam 12 stone. There is a few pages on facebook with plenty of info on both bikes . Lxr lxs 125 owners.

Yeah these are a nice intro to bikes and great value for money! I opted for the LXR as it felt more comfortable to me and I preferred the bigger bike look 👍
@@jackpendergast1269 hi mate, sluggish at first till the engine bedded in and now it'll creep past 70 on the flat and pull away from the lights keeping up with the traffic easily. I'm very happy with it. Definitely worth bedding in properly instead of caning it lol 👍
I’m for the black and blue, but if the green didn’t have the strange neon wheels and just went with black rims, you bet I’d go for the grey and green easy
Chinese bikes becoming more and more mainstream. Whatever your take/opinion they seem to be improving all the time, and pretty quickly too. Cheers for the review. 👍
@@RD-RD-66 broadly I agree as well, bikes from China are getting better, the bikes we are seeing imported to the U.K. are better because our standards are higher. The domestic bikes in China we can no longer import to the U.K. because they don’t meet the standards. Long ago you used to be able to order a 125 from eBay in crate and assemble it yourself, these are the low quality bikes that Chinese bikes get their reputation from. Lexmoto and Sinnis demand much higher standards from their manufacturing partners in China, which are generally the same companies. Those Chinese manufacturers investment and partnership in the likes of BMW, Piaggio, Norton, goes to show most people don’t realise where their bike is really coming from. And yes some are now buying up marques like Benelli, CFMoto is doing something most Chinese brands can’t which is come through as a quality manufacturer with their own name (thanks in no small part to their partnerships with KTM and Kawasaki).
3:00 maybe sit on the bike while you're being filmed and talking about the fit, sporty, comfy, etc. That way we can see what you mean in terms of bar reach, uprightness, leg angle, and so on. This is video, so it's jarring to me that you're not actually on the bike. Instead you're standing next to it and talking. The handlebars look 6 inches higher than the seat, so better than a super sports? I like the video and your style of direct talking. No nonsense.
Bit late to the party but I just passed my CBT today, so now I just gotta start looking for a bike. I’m stuck between LXS and 2018 YZF R125. Any advice or comparison??

Buy one new and you're stuck with it unless you wanna lose a shed load of money. The warranty isn't transferable to the next owner so its value with drop like a stone.
I just got mine today, looks great! there is a bit of vibration in the handlebars though, feels like its coming from the engine, is this normal for a 125? also makes quite a loud whirring noise when coasting from 30 mph down to almost stopping, not sure if this is to be expected? will the noise ease up once its run in? cheers!
Don’t know if I should get this LXS or the LXR, this has more Bhp, but the LXR is higher, I’m 6’3 so the LXR may be better. But it is less bhp. Have you been on the LXR euro 5?
In actual fact, it’s a British brand, and they rebrand bikes from a variety of Chinese manufacturers. I can’t say for this bike specifically, but a lot of their bikes are available under different names and brands in various parts of the world, or even in the U.K. (eg the sinnis hoodlum and lexmoto michigan are both essentially the same bike from the same factory, they are both based on the Zongshen RA1). Not to downplay lexmoto, they are great value and they demand high standards from their partners in China, but ultimately it is those companies in China that do the bulk of the development for the motorcycles, lexmoto don’t design them.

I would disagree with this in the broad sense. But select manufacturers like Lexmoto DEFINITELY are improving.

Its a lexmoto it wil just vibrate and fall to bits over time anyway. They realy are crap bikes. Quality is shocking.

Yes it is. But unlike most other chinese brands Lexmoto seem to actually be doing R&D. They're improving not just copying.
