About 4:24. There actually are! But you need some out of bounds glitches to get them all. Speedruns actually use this to skip the big cutscene that happens when you get the first moon. You’re going great work with the glitches :)
you can do it in 1.0 but in 1.3 its impossible

4:25 you can actually beat cascade kingdom without the first moon, but only if you're on version 1.0. You just do the bossfight instead, and then it will let you hit the globe without the first power moon. If you go into the arena on any versions above 1.0 though , the bossfight trigger isn't there.
8:36 about how you don't know if it works on all walls, it doesn't. It will only work against a wall if the ground next to the wall is a steep enough slope.
Btw, that was a really entertaining vid. I play a ton of this game, yet I still learned quite a bit of stuff. Good vid.
4:25 actually there is a way to get 5 moons. They do it in a speedrun called minimum captures. They basically get every moon that's in the kingdom before the bossfight and it's insane.

@@xiphactinusaudax1045 it's not weird, you have to put it on 60fps because the shake is on the second frame which is skipped in 30fps

There's another glitch/exploit that I found in the lost Kingdom where if you take a winter and get it onto uncle amibo and stretch out you start spinning because he tries to face you constantly

The letter glitch can be preformed with any letter except the M (there's a different setup to get M out tho), and you also only need 2 letters (and the scooter), the one you want to get out and the M
on 1.0 first moon skip actually lets you do the boss

I think some people forget that 1.0.0 is the reviewer version, as games tend to have Day 1 updates these days. It's possible thag some glitches where never possible for the general public.
I did the speed boost glitch and went into the place where the band was and my R is nowhere to be found, I have no idea whether it got straight up deleted or is somewhere out of bounds.
Been uploading more than Space Chicken has in the last decade. Nice.
I remember once I did the pole dolt on accident and I had no idea what happened
@Aurum remember that sonic unleashed glitch video? well I'm stuck on mazuri night act 1 because there is a horde of robots at the end it frustrates me and I'm underleveled socan you try and remember how did you do it?
Late reply, but in response to a question you raised about which of these glitches work on the current version of the game... well the one with the letters still works, but the Paragoomba corner glitch was patched out as far as I can recall. Also recall the roll clipping glitch was made more difficult in a later version of the game, but I don't think it was patched out altogether.
Not sure about the rest of them though.
Either way, it's a decent video (given that many of the bugs featured are still viable), but obviously lacking some neat discoveries found since the script was originally written.

Fun fact: You can actually clip out of bounds by using first moon skip by simply ground-pounding! The reason this only works in first moon skip is because the bridge usually covers the spot.
90% of these glitches get patched in 2018

There's an another way to do the floating rock glitch, drop it to the edge of a body of water where mario can then climb on the edge of the land above the water while directly above the shiny rock, you'll sort of clip onto the rock and then it will activate the glitch.

I believe the paragoomba one was fixed in one of the first few patches
On another note you can use the letters glitch to cheese the jump rope minigame
In seaside kingdom its easier and funnier to do the dog bounce thing under those ? Mark block behind the odyssey
The rock glitch works in 1.3.0, and it's amazing.
I have had that weird dog glitch before go over to the blocks for everybody else it is way more fun it may or may not cause a crash if you use a goomba

When I done the first moon skip I got a checkpoint and saved that file as a copy.
Roll cancel clipping only works when Mario is on a slope while he roll cancels.

What version were u on when u did the first Moon skip or did u find it from somewhere else? I asked because last time I heard it wasn't possible to skip that one in the latest patch.
It's possible to skip, but not to fight the boss.

If you take the floating power moon rock, go back to the Iron Road Bridge, throw the rock, and jump up the falling stairs in a certain way, the rock will bounce super high, come back down and resume floating
NOTE: This will only work with the power moon rock, all other rocks will break.

I’ve done weird dog with some blocks in seaside
I found a glitch when I was going to continue by to capture the electric pole but then I think I hit the drybone at the same time i captured the electric pole and when I did that the sound of drybone did then sound after I hit it with Cappy played rapidly and it ended until I uncaptured the electric pole.Its not game breaking but it's a funny glitch that happened randomly on accident for me. You guys should try that it's funny. it's works on the Final update (1.3.0 or lower)
Note: The dog hovering is patch for 1.3.0

There’s actually a clip glitch that lets you get into the race car area easily, and it’s not nearly as hard as the other clip. Just look it up and you’ll find it
