There are many expressions common between english and Arabic for example when you told that your cat is a *(chicken because she is scared from every thing)*
and when you told right foot *( positive start )*

Yes, the word "Luna" means "moon" in English, too. We say "Lunar Eclipse" when the moon passes behind the earth. Or "a lunatic" is a rude word for someone who is crazy.
