i go grocery shopping daily for fresh milk , fruits and what i have to cook for the meal of that day or the next one. Instead if i have to stock more food on a monthly basis , but lately every 2 or 3 months because we are consuming less. Yes , in our supermarkets there's a lot of junk food and treats near the counter for the check out, but in no one there are free fruits or samples for kids
Thank you! 😍 I like how you talk with your lovely kid. In the middle east where I live, stores are mostly local and owned by individuals. Customers reach only a couple of items they want but most of items needed to be asked from the seller on the other side of the counter! . So we talk more in our stores than the US!😃. For junk food you asked you are right I have a lot too in my country stores but again a part of items are more local or hand made. I remember for example the fruit layers kind of a solid layer concentrated of fruits such as prune very tasty made at home by people to sell. Again, thank you and I try the words pronunciation you introduced.

This is an undertaking I took on a long time ago and I still enjoy it by consuming lots of interesting content I'm keen on in English. This is never going to be boring owing to my strong preference and love for English, no matter how challenging may be along the way in this fast-paced world. Thank you so much for bringing me this amazing English lesson at an American grocery store, Vanessa 🥰.

Hi, Vanessa. your videos are really helpful. American spoken English is so hard for me, but I can totally understand the most contents you said. I've been learning English for many years, hope I can speak like a native English speaker one day! Btw, in my home country, there are also many junk food or gums waiting for you in the check-out area. 😂

Vanessa - I am an English teacher in Mexico and have just discovered your videos. I have a student who is trying to beef up his English learning and I will be sending him your videos as "required watching". The three most valuable things are that 1. you speak slowly with individual words (not contractions and "attached language" which occurs in movies and normal speaking (areyougonnagotatthastore?) and 2. that you post the vocabulary focus words on the screen and 3. the spoken narration is captioned. Invaluable! Thanks again for sharing your content!

Hi Vanessa! Thank you for sharing a glimpse of your everyday life with us! We also have some unhealthy items near the check-out like sweets and tobacco. I usually go to the grocery store once a week that way I save some time. I have heard that one word meaning a place you can get alcohol is called off-license. Do you use that word also regularly?
Once a week, I bought groceries. Thank you for your lesson with your kind heart. In Japan, through the check out counter, there are some batteries and snacks on sales. It is very attracting! Thank you!
Thanks so much Vanessa, for your English classes; I appreciate so much, evryone Of them and I really enjoy evryone Of them as well. I neither forget your good and simple sense Of humor. Good evening
Every once a month I and my husband get on to the grocery store to buy some important groceries. We tend to go through each aisle and section in the store so we won't miss out on any products we need to buy. We choose to use plastic bags to put in the items and reuse them as trash bags in our house. It's a nice pastime and bonding with my husband to walk around inside the grocery store and see new items and buy delicious food to taste. 😍👩❤️💋👨🛒🍶🥚🧀🍞🍗🥩🥬🍆🍌🍐🥬

I really appreciate what you do for us, learners who want to improve our English skills. I have watched some videos but nothing compares to this (real life experiences). Thank you so much for taking your time to share this with us. Kind regards.
Eu fico muito feliz em saber que há alguns meses eu não conseguia entender quase nada nos vídeos e atualmente eu entendo boa parte do que a Vanessa fala, minha fala ainda não está tão boa mas minha leitura e escuta já estão num nivel muito bom.
Uauu,incrível
Eu ainda estou no início

Thank you so much for such a great content. Have a wonderful weekend.
You rock. Keep it up.
good luck in improving your english. i'm from Poland and in June i'm gonna go to USA on Work&Travel. I'm totaly scared because my english is weak. :D
Thank you, dear teacher Vanessa for your interesting lesson 🌺🌺🌺 that there's no any chance "to space out" of your video 😅 and yes, Vanessa, you're right about junk food that are waiting for us at the checkout 😀, we have the same in our stores or malls too. I get it as a business trick 😃
I am a English learners from India there no one to practice for english practice can you talk with me. we both are english learners. Please support me.
Vanessa - I am an English teacher in Mexico and have just discovered your videos. I have a student who is trying to beef up his English learning and I will be sending him your videos as "required watching". The three most valuable things are that 1. you speak slowly with individual words (not contractions and "attached language" which occurs in movies and normal speaking (areyougonnagotatthastore?) and
2. that you post the vocabulary focus words on the screen and 3. the spoken narration is captioned. Invaluable! Thanks again for sharing your content!
Your lecture is very usefull for us… I learned a lot of vocabulary and their pronunciations… thanks a lot 💐 and also your son is so sweet
Hi Vanessa, thank you so much for your enjoyable and interesting teaching videos. I have learned a lot so far from your channel.
Always love your videos from Myanmar 💖
That's fabulous Vanessa, i recently discovered your amazing channel and now I'm learning a lot from these videos. Learning with fun (Fun learning), Thank you for uploading such videos ❣️🙂
Thanks for sharing about your grocery shopping time with your husband. I agree that it can be fun to do together!😊
Where are you from?
