Vanessa, I can totally relate to the bed bugs thing. Because give or take about a month ago, I was forced to forfeit my apartment due to them and that has been very distressing to me! And the one before that, my friend Mark from school had to put down his dog this year. Me too, a number of years ago.

Vanessa, I have a request.
Could you provide a lesson video that explains differences or nuance of "off" and "out".
In my text book, there are a lot of combination phrases with "off" and "out".
For example, pull off & pull out.
My fundamental problem is I can't understand the nuance of off and out.
So, when those words are used with some other words as a combination phrase,
all I can do would be just recall my memories established through my previous lessons, not understanding the nuance.
I assume many learners have the similar concerns.
