Hi I got it from stitch it international they are based in Missouri. But there are other vendors as well, I am preping another video after the unboxing. I did my training and the instructor said that it DOES need to be at a certain humidity level, I was told it wasnt when I purchase it, so I wasn't to happy about that, but the printer is great! I hope this info helps 😊

@ashleigh oldham it has to be from 50%-70% otherwhise you risk the print toner breaking apart. I am from a desert area so its always at 10% humidity 😞 but I got a humidifier to help with that. Am glad to hear the video helped you 😀
