Were you expecting the judge to throw out the case against Jay Z? If you’ve watched my previous videos, you would know that there was no way this was going to happen at this point. How do see the case playing out moving forward?

I think Jay Z’s team continues with the rule 11 motion and they proceed according the proper procedures of the court. I think the case is dismissed after the discovery process or in the least Jay Z is taken off as a defendant if he has an irrefutable alibi.

They already know drugs were used as part of the sex trafficking, which is typical, and for the freak-offs. Just let the courts determine. Even if this goes nowhere, Jay Z is still gonna be a suspect because of his association with Diddy. "Birds of a feather flock together" has always been an accurate saying. The public has been fed so much false information in the past few that it blurred the lines between fact and fiction.
Ppl want Jay z to be guilty even if he’s not guilty, bc he’s a billionaire who ppl don’t like.

But with all that said. The one thing that is unbelievable is that that he didn’t realize how bad those parties were. For most people who believe that type of behavior is disgustingly as Jay Z has proclaimed it would seem unlikely they would feel so close to them. So it must not feel as awful to him as he claims. @@LT-em1vu um, courts have protocols they have to follow regardless of whether a random civilian like you thinks it is true or false. This is to ensure that they do their job thoroughly, and make sure nothing is rushed and any important details are not missed. Rushing the process is not beneficial for the accuser OR Jay Z. We do not have access to ALL the information that the jury, attorneys, and the judge have to go through. We don't see every piece of info that the Feds have. We don't know every plan/step that they are going to take yet. This is normal protocol and some of you all are still too ignorant to realize that. This is how cases like this operate

No! I knew the female judge would give the disabled victim in a situation that's debilitated her for life to at least present her case. I think the case will give us unexpected surprises. Crazy Diddy's minding his own business& not engaging in this case. 😅😅

Even if Jane Doe were not autistic, the judge would not have dismissed this case.

Let's say the judge had agreed to throw out the Jay Z case before it went to trial, then lots of people would be outraged and would think he was guilty and had got away with it. So by the judge insisting that the case goes ahead, Jay Z has the chance to definitively prove he is innocent, and that will silence his critics. So far the case against him seems remarkably weak from the Jane Doe claims so far, as there seems to be no evidence to support her and her claims are full of mistakes. There is a massive lesson one can learn from Michael Jackson, he had false accusers, but he paid them off for a quiet life. But he regretted that, as it just opened doors for other false accusers. Diddy has tons of accusers, so far Jay Z just has this one. I dont think he would make such a public stand if he was guilty, but if he was guilty I think he would have quietly had talks with Buzbee and paid off the accuser, like possibly celebrity B has done. I think Buzbee thought Jay Z would do a Michael Jackson, and pay up just for a quiet life, even though he was innocent. Unless there is film, it is just the word of hers against his, and it may well turn out she is just another lying opportunist, like Jag, Mesha, copying other real victims experience and pretending it is hers. The you realise the "victims" are the predators, and the "predators" are actually the victims.

Jamahl, good afternoon! Listen I understand that in the normal filing procedure of a law suit, Mr Buzby feels that his undertaking was proper in asking JZ for a confidential mediation.
It appears to me that Mr Buzby knowing the status of JZ, he would have just sent JZ a letter of presentment, stating the allegations a client of his is making against him.
Therefore, by apprising JZ of the possibility of a future law suit, JZ's attorneys would have saw the allegations as that, allegations and not "extortion."
So do u see Mr Buzby as wrong by not giving "deference" to JZ? Thank you!
