Is it really that common for people to just say "Bahamas" without "the"? Here in upstate New York, I don't think I've ever heard it used without the article.
One of the coolest things I ever did was I got to snorkel the wreck of a Bahamian rum-running ship off of andros island. I also went to captain Morgan’s cave, where he was said to hide treasure.
I’m here because someone called me “West Indian” when I said my family from Bahamas and I was confused cuz no one say we were West Indian. Was she right or not?
800 AD? But you said in the Cuban episode that the Taino people reached Cuba from South America in 1250 AD? You're telling me it took long for them to reach Cuba when they reached the Bahamas 450 years prior?
Islam is literally a cult started from a disgusting guy named Mohammad, he'd fit right in with those Hollywood celebs in LA, poor Aisha. From the river to the sea, Israel will be free again. 🙏🏽🪶

The Bahamas is not in the Caribbean sea. Its just considered apart of the Caribbean because it's an island nation.
